A cold Saturday morning in November at 730am= not one hot breakfast sandwich is prepared and ready under the heat lamps. The lamps weren’t even turned on. The next day, a cold Sunday morning in November at 7_55am= every(Regular, French vanilla, Columbian, Cuban, Dark, and even Pumpkin Spice) single coffee pot(tanks) were EMPTY. So summarizing the weekend mornings of Nov 1st and 2nd… Zero hot breakfast food ready, Zero hot coffee available, respectively… in Delaware’s most “convenient ” store…a Wawa.
This Foulk Rd location is the worst in Northern Delaware

I’m in this Wawa practically everyday. I enjoy SOME of the managers, but not all of them for various reasons. For some strange reason whenever I ask to have a drink custom made, I always get feedback as if it’s a problem or something and this has happened on numerous occasions. I’m getting fed up with it. Also, they really need to fix their parking situation.

This is one of my least favorite Wawa’s. They do make good food at times but sometimes it is done sloppily. It seems like they are always running out of something and cannot make your food. The parking is awful and really frustrating to get back out on the road — I feel like it’s a very easy spot to get into an accident if a driver is not paying enough attention. One thing that really bugs me though is every time I go in there a cashier is flirting with every single lady that goes through the check-out line. I believe his name is Sean. If it was friendly and not over-the-top, I wouldn’t really care; but it’s gotten to the point that I am uncomfortable when he is checking me out. Great customer service does NOT equal extremely flirtatious comments- especially when it’s made clear you are not comfortable with it. Just wanted to put that out there- I have spoken to several people about this and they have noticed this man doing exactly what I am saying.
Update:
Wrote a review 6 years ago about how I dislike this wawa. Decided to give them another chance today, and they did an awful job putting together this Turkey Club, which isn’t even toasted, by the way… it would be one thing if they were BUSY, but I was the only one waiting for their food to be made. Maybe if they weren’t too busy talking about how they got drunk over the weekend, they would have prepared my sandwich the way it should have been. Get better workers. This Wawa SUCKS and I’d give a lower star rating if possible because I’m PISSED I paid $7.99 for this garbage sandwich. Last chance I’m giving because I am highly disappointed that even years later, they haven’t improved, not even in the slightest. I’d honestly like my money back. I’m livid.

Very surprised at these bad reviews. I’ve been here hundreds of times over the past 9 years and it’s usually a great experience. I’m giving 5 stars across the board because this location doesn’t deserve a 3. My only suggestion is they could add more lettuce to the sandwiches.

Rudest wawa ive ever been to i waitrd in line to pay for my order but the cashier preferred to stay on her phone and text instead of helping the customer and when she did look up from her phone she gave me a disgusted, look and told me next time you self checkout and when I did get my food, my fries were cold, but I was too aggravated to go back in to get fresh ones

During my regular visits to this store for purchases, I encountered an unpleasant situation today. A young lady was preparing food behind the deli in a rude manner. I ordered soup, and when I picked it up, I requested a soup bag from her. Instead of handing it to me, she placed it next to my soup and walked away. I was taken aback, as I had not experienced such discourtesy at this store in quite some time. I promptly brought the matter to Susan’s attention, who addressed the issue and clarified that all soups should be placed in a bag. While Susan was speaking, the young lady continued to interject and made derogatory remarks, calling me names and questioning why I was still in the store. I responded by explaining that I was still shopping and suggested that she could clock out if she was unable to follow her manager’s instructions. I believe Susan then instructed for her to be removed from the floor. After exchanging several more words, I decided to leave, feeling disappointed by the unprofessional service I received that day.

My wife placed an online order. We ordered a supreme pizza and quesadillas. I came to pick it up myself (not Doordash) and they informed me upon pickup that they were out of mushrooms and sausage. My wife paid for sour cream and they did not include it in the sealed bag. When we called to get a refund, the manager said that I had to come back up to the store. Why should I have to come back 15 mins to be refunded for something the store failed to fulfill? They didn’t even notify me that they were out of toppings when there are other menu choices to choose from. If Wawa chooses to make customers come back into the store even when THEY made the mistake is insane. Side note – it’s 1AM. It’s not peak customer service hours so it’s not like they were extremely busy with customers.
