I’m coming from only having chipotle so I didn’t know what to expect.
First the restaurant is very nicely decorated and clean,
second they press and cook the tortillas right in front of you which is super cool, tastes super soft and fresh,
third employees are super nice.
I would give this burrito a solid 8 or 9 / 10.
I wouldn’t say it’s better or worse than chipotle just a bit different.
No weird bites of chicken that I sometimes run into, only thing is 1 scoop queso is $2 so $15 for a single burrito which is just a little pricy imo.
Overall, pleasantly surprised.

This was our first time here, that being said I was not impressed by the copycat Chipotle. They need to find their own niche. The food flavor was OK, but in my opinion, a little under salted. Now I am aware that I like salt more than the average person. However, when I went to the counter and asked for salt, they told me they don’t have salt for customers. I guess they are in the opinion that their food is “perfect”. The restaurant was clean and tidy, but that should be expected by any restaurant. Their queso and guacamole are drastically overpriced. The fresh made tortilla was good. Do I think I would come back to this chain? The answer to that question would be no. We got two bowls, two burritos and three drinks and it was $54 in my opinion that is overpriced then on top of that they have a tip section with no servers. This is more of a buffet style just like Chipotle. What am I supposed to be tipping for?

Fake Chipotle wanna be. My friends ordered burritos. They were nothing special. The insult for me was the Quesadilla. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I literally got one little piece of chicken in each triangle and some cheese. I was charged 8.47 plus tip. 10 bucks!. I normally dont recommend Taco Bell but the Taco Bell chicken quesadilla is 100 times better than what I was served. I had high hopes for this place but its nothing more than a cross between taco bell and chipotle.

Food was delicious, loved getting a fresh made tortilla, the steak was seasoned perfectly, carnitas was delicious and I appreciate how well they drain it before putting it in my burrito.
The staff was super friendly and knew the product and spoke highly of the restaurants quality and freshness.
The only downside is it’s an hour away from me, thats a bit of a drive for fresh tortillas lol

My first time at a Pancheros and I loved it. This location was super fast, very friendly, and had a great atmosphere. I had the steak burrito bowl and it was all fresh ingredients! I will be back.

1st off, this was my 1st time eating here, a coworker picked up my order for me, im on my computer and the offer pops up free chips with queso if I sign up for text messages, so I do it. No where does it let you put the code in, so I screenshot it and send a pic of it to my coworker to show the business. The customer service was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were RUDE and hateful saying that corporate already knows about the issue, you have to order through the app to get it, not online. Didnt apologize or offer anything, just extremely RUDE. Quesadilla was ok, service NOT ok, bc of that I wont likely go back.

My wife and I were super excited when we found out they were coming to town. We had one back in a previous home town and it was awesome because she could get tofu on her burrito and I could get chicken. We just don’t have options like that in Rolla.
Unfortunately, our second time going there we were told in the drive thru that we’d have to wait 20 minutes for tofu. This was a lunch time on a Friday. Why wouldn’t they have been prepared???
Needless to say we didn’t have time to wait. So the burrito was pretty pathetic. Thin and weak…
I’m not sure we’ll be back anytime soon. Hope this place gets things figured out because they could do real good here.
Outside of that I do wish they had more options to add on the burritos.
I’d say give them a shot if you are sceptical. But if they fail, let them know.

We LOVE Pancheros! The chips and queso are amazing. The service in the Rolla location is fast and friendly. The prices are good and the place is always clean

The food is okay, but I have two major complaints. Firstly, the music is way too loud. I do not know how the employees stay sane listening to generic pop music at that volume all day. Second, the way the line runs is super inefficient. The person pressing the burritos should hand off the food to the next person as soon as the rice is on it. I have waited close to twenty minutes for a line of maybe 5 people to be served.

This place has some rude people there. There is a female older lady 30 or 40 there that I think is the manager. She is absolutely the worst person ever to work in that type of businesses. Always gives delivery drivers a hard time for no reason. She even gives me issues when it’s just me for my personal orders. Basically harassing people. She needs to go. She worked 10/11 at 11:30 am for who ever the store manager is that wants to fix the issue. I won’t be back for personal orders business needs.
