Went in for dinner here on Christmas night as this was the only place open and the servers were kind, friendly and warm. Ordered veg fajita hoagie and veg toasted hoagie which were delicious the wheat bread was so good loved the vibe as it was cutely decorated and the store was well maintained and clean! I ordered a large matcha, and the middle age blonde lady making it didn’t fill it to the top. I found that very weird cause there was a lot left in the blender. So I don’t know if she wanted to try my order or something but I wasn’t happy at all, I paid about 7 dollars for it. I’ve been there a lot, and I’m pretty she’s a manager also. This happened a few days ago, but the more I thought about it the more it really got me mad because this lady has been previously rude at the register to me. This stuff just ain’t acceptable for a grown woman to do let alone a manager.

Ordered a Gobbler hoagie. I guess they were out of turkey with gravy but they never said that they were. I got a dry hoagie with stuffing, sliced deli sandwich turkey and cheese. No gravy at all. I should have been told they were out of it and would have picked a different one.

Somehow the takeout orders are always missing something. I’ve learned to check but tonight my husband did not & my son’s hoagie is missing. When I call they say sorry about that! That’s it! Sorry! I paid online, I asked for a refund & they said no, I need to come back in for the sandwich, which is not an option.

I’m usually very satisfied with Wawa’s food & service. Today, (Mon 2/26/24 at about 10am) however, was an exception at the Harleysville PA location. When I stepped in line to pay for my purchases, the gentleman ahead of me was just finishing up. As he left, the 2 women at the registers started to criticize his attire and then gossiped about something regarding his personal life. All the while, ignoring me. I said hello – I was ignored. The blond woman rang up my purchase as they gossiped, without acknowledging I was there. Then she just put her hand out waiting for my money, still not looking at me. When I didn’t hand it over, she looked at the register, gave me my total and finally looked at me.
I quickly paid & left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Wow! So inappropriate and disrespectful of the gentleman ahead of me & myself. I realize Wawa check-out people are not “professionals” but they do need to display some level of professionalism. How about, saying hello to and engaging with each and every customer in a friendly manner. And Not gossiping about the previous one while others nearby can hear everything you’re saying.
These two woman should be reprimanded and ashamed of themselves.

I bought a breakfast croissant egg and sausage sandwich Saturday morning before work. And 4 hours after consumption, I felt such nausea and dehydration and headaches. I realized that was the only thing I ate and was experiencing mild food poisoning from the breakfast sandwich. I believe I won’t be buying them again. It was an awful experience.
