Would love it if Wawa got more non-dairy choices! This location is the Corporate Headquarters, located just south of Media, PA, in what is called “Wawa, PA”, although my GPS does not recognize that name. The Wawa University is up the road. Not sure what they do there, exactly. Nice HG campus. The stores are conveniently located, no matter where you go in this area, there will be a Wawa close by. Coffee, sandwiches, healthy food choices, they are a company that will change to suit the times, stores are usually clean, most have bathrooms, food is good, although, sometimes an employee will not always make the food exactly right, but it’s all good. Many stores have gas pumps.

Girl with pink hair is extremely rude. Didn’t give me my fries. Made me pay for them a second time. And charged me twice the price. When I asked about it, she walked away. Fries were cold as well.

They gave me a Carmel chocolate chip parfait without the Carmel. It was just vanilla with barely any chocolate chips in it. Had to go home and put it in myself. Pick up takes forever if you’re ordering anything other than food they make.

I was trying to buy myself a sandwich for lunch and my card declined. When I was trying to cancel the transaction, an employee had to come over to fully cancel it and they were very sweet and instead paid for my sandwich when they saw how upset I was. I didn’t catch their name though

I loved my visit, it was work related. Directions were easy to follow. Corporate building was beautiful, especially the older historical part. I recommend to travel down, and then across the road to see more of wawa land preservation and factory warehouses.

This was my 2nd and last visit to Wawa #850 in Newark Delaware since the store reopened. First visit, the food preparers were rude, unprofessional, stone faced white trash. The reopening came with a new staff. The new staff are ridiculous. My order was tossed to me. I am a 53 year old woman and I do not like catching my food. Second visit was the same nasty food preparers. I noticed they were acting like thugs and not wearing gloves. I immediately went to the cashier, who was wonderful, and got a refund. I have not received to credit to my account yet.

Terrible customer service I spoke with the the Senior Customer Relations analyst Lillian Street and she could care less that my Wawa account was compromised. Please do not use the app it can lead to terrible things, some one spent all the the money I had deposited on my card and she told me that I needed to contact the police, over $25?? No thanks, I cancel the app and I don’t min not shopping there anymore.
