Very disappointing experience. A Kava bar is supposed to have quality product AND good service! Not one without the other.
I walk in and I dont see the Kavatender. Then I see him sitting down behind the counter in his phone. He looks up at me and looks back at his phone. I grab a seat and he ignores me for like 10-15 mins. Then he goes to the bathroom for like 5 mins and comes back out and tells me that if i wanna order, I have to go up to the register…..okay? If he had stood up and greeting me when I walked in and told me, I would’ve known. I order, he makes zero eye contact and then gets me a tea. The tea was absolutely rancid I don’t know what he put in it but I couldn’t even finish it. I was more let down by the service. As a first time guest, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. I can see why there was only four people there on a Friday night.
I was totally let down.

It was to find at first but we enjoyed the atmosphere and it was quality kratom but a little on the pricey side. They seem to have quite a crowd there and it seemed to be a great place for the students to study and finish their homework.

It was a Thursday night about 8:45 pm. Good parking. 1st thing I see is a sign outside the door says 21 or older. I go inside and see a lot of teens. I ordered a drink, very good drink, but very sweet. I hung out for a while watching the teens act just like teens. Not a whole lot to do unless you bring your own entertainment. The Kavatender was friendly and working hard.
