first, i’d just like to say i’ve doordashed from this place numerous times and i have never had a problem like this. i first received my order and when i did i noticed the drink had no safety cover on it and was just being exposed. which is unprofessional and means the dasher could have done something to my drink . i then went to open the bag my sandwich was in and when i opened it, the sandwich was wrapped sloppy so from there i already knew i was unsatisfied and what put the cherry on top of my order was when i opened it my sandwich was flipped upside down and completely squished. i’m not sure what happened but this is very unprofessional on their behalf and if your name is Gail and you made my order, there should be consequences for your actions cause making a squished sloppily sandwich and sending it out to a dasher is just wrong.

I’ve always loved this wawa. Whether it be before school with my kids or before work. I’ve never had issues ever. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Especially the managers. My favorite is the one that’s on day shift, long hair always has a smile. My first encounter with her, she made my son who wears hearing aids feel special by pretending her head set was a hearing aid.
Fast forward to today. I came in this morning for my lunch for work. When I finally got to my lunch, I noticed my hoagie wasn’t made right. I called and spoke to Danielle. She was also very sweet. She corrected the order immediately.
When people ask why I rather get my hoagies at that specific wawa vs one closer to me, it’s because they welcome you smiling. I know it’s just a retail face at times. Yes, I’ve worked retail. But I genuinely believe this store when they smile.

You always have to wait for coffee even during morning times when everyone is rushing to get to work. This has happened to me several times now so I’m done. Dunkin here I come.

Just now I was in the middle of ordering food and the lady who was making food was yelling. “Oh my God people stop ordering already.!!!” and she said it loud enough for customers to hear, so I canceled my order because I don’t want somebody like that making my food, very unprofessional

I go to wawa all the time. It’s my go to for lunch or whatever else i need. I decided to get a bowl instead of a hot turkey gobbler sandwich and that was a big mistake. I paid almost $10.00 for this half full bowl. I could have gotten a shorti and had more food for less. I will still go to wawa but will never order this bowl again.
