Good evening Google Family. I visited to purchase gas since my tank is low. The associate who served me was pleasant. I had a good experience here today. I would return. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

I was annoyed when I went order a sandwich and asked for a substitution of something and was I was chased down by an associate named Milan ….who appears to think that she is all that and a bag of chip. She told me that I can’t use self checkout and I had to go to the register. I said why, and she told me that it was an up-charge and I said never had to pay a up-charge before.Anyway, I have gone to plenty of Wawa’s and I was never told that there was an up-charge for this particular item. In addition, I had to put in a special order for them to know what I wanted…so why wasn’t I told that it was an up-charge at that time. I don’t mind paying an up-charge, but there is a way to approach people and not humiliate them in front of others. Also, it’s mind boggling to me because I am a familiar face and they know that I don’t steal from them like many others do. So why chase me down like you’re a bird of prey hunting me down and allowing others to walk out of the store that steal from you and don’t say a word to them. I know it’s there policy not to approach thieves, but make it make sense to a paying customer. Also, on the kiosks most items are listed with an up charge. But if there are some items not listed then have some class on how to speak them appropriately about an issue. This turned me off from this Wawa because I felt targeted because I didn’t even addressed her about my speacial order, but I noticed her mean mugging me every time that I walk into the store. I want to say to her little girl go on about your business. Anyway, there is only a select few associates that I find are approachable and pleasant…but definitely not Milan. The food is so so and it looks like it would be on point but they could work on some things. Items aren’t always available and shutting down the cappuccino machine for the entire night is unacceptable because you can’t get hot water for tea or hot chocolate. It’s disappointing.

Don’t make the mistake I did of asking the women working behind the food counter for a bag for your 2 sandwiches even though they were bagging up customer’s sandwiches….
It was met with a “No!” from one of them follows by another saying “Go Buy One Up front if you want a Bag!”
Perhaps the management of this store could train the employees on how to politely tell paying customers why some people get their sandwiches in brown bags and others don’t….Still trying to figure that one out.
Anyway, I recommend not patronizing this store which is also a maze to figure out how to even get into.

This Wawa is the closest to my house but it is always an experience coming here. Either the coffee lids are always full of dust and lint, the coffee is not always fresh and I have to remake the coffee often because of it. This most recent experience was the deal breaker for me with rotten French vanilla creamer. It is supposed to be a quick, reliable option but I’ve found it’s better to just drive an additional 5-10 min up the road for an overall better experience.

Came in and ordered a Turkey sub, a pizza, and a frozen lemonade. Somehow I was charged twice for the order. Drove half an hour home, got halfway through the sandwich, to find a bug in my food. I immediately started to get sick. Unable to drive up there because I can’t leave the bathroom from how sick I am. Called and spoke to the manager, who refused to give me a refund, and said that the only thing he could do was remake it if I drove back and showed them the bug in my food. That I was charged twice for. I hope this reaches the right people. Didn’t even apologize or sound apologetic. Can’t imagine how many times this has happened there before. Not ok. This happened on 2/16/25 around 4:30-5:00pm.

Today while pumping gas, the gas cord disconnects. I go report it to the 4 eyed manager and she gets nasty because I asked a simple question. “Why was there not an out of order sign on the pump.” How can you be upset or maybe she doesn’t work well under pressure,idk. But I’m highly upset as gas got all over me and I was heading to a party. I went to the party smelling like gas. Please get it together and get competent employees that can handle situations like this, instead of getting upset.I will be contacting a lawyer.
