When Dot’s behind the deli counter sandwiches, salads and other foods are made the way they are supposed to be!
Any one else you constantly having ask why your pickles weren’t on your sandwich when it’s right there on the screen in their faces. Or why is the dressing not on the side like written on the screen right in their faces. It’s like they forgot reading comprehension!
The cashier’s are great! Especially the ladies in the morning. If you are a regular, they will remember what cigs you get and in what quantity. Or will ask “no breakfast today?” If you switch it up. They make you feel appreciated as a customer!

Gas station, Quick grab food, Surcharge free ATM, clean restrooms and friendly staff that all you need in a WAWA. This is one has plenty of space and easy to get in. There are lot of food options here. The way to get out is tricky as you need to go around to take a left. Otherwise, all worked well at this location

placed a curbside order while i was charging my car. 10 minutes after it was supposed to be out, i still hadn’t had my food. so, i walk inside and just say “hi i placed a curbside order but it never came out”. the woman rudely says “yeah because you said you were in spot 41. we don’t have a spot 41” … so i respond and say oh that’s the spot # at the EV chargers, and again, she rudely says “we don’t deliver to the EV Chargers”
okay… then why is there a spot # for curbside here??? if you don’t deliver there, remove the number.
overall not great service.. but the food was decent.

Every time I come through this way for work the place is always a home run. Staff is great and even when it’s busy at least for me it’s in and out. If you’re driving a big vehicle you can even get in here, they even have designated spots.

Love this wawa the staff is always nice and fun. Service is on point. Plus they have a fast electric charger (Charge point+) that has a way lower rate per kWh than in any other place. It’s a win win for me honestly.

They are the worst they stood and talked for a full 10mins while my order was up on there screen just to say oh we’re working on it now then gets mad when I ask for a refund. They need to let the whole night shift go

Stopped for a singular cup of iced coffee. Didn’t have the flavor. Figured I’d try vanilla. Dispenser was out. Tried regular out of desperation. Dispensed in drips and I wasn’t going to stand there for 3 minutes waiting for this large cup to be full.
Literally went in for one thing, but I just left the cup on the counter and walked out. Go to a Wawa where their equipment is maintained and works properly.

Wawa is meant to be a checkpoint. A liminal sanctuary on America’s endless highways—where you refuel, recharge, and reset. In the right locations, it functions like a codec call with Mei Ling: reassuring, warm, precise. But at this Bristol location, the system breaks down. The AI scripts are corrupted. The staff—the supposed operators of this safehouse—are hostile NPCs.
The food is not the issue. The coffee is not the issue. Wawa’s design philosophy, the grand blueprint, still exists. But the execution here is fractured. The staff carry themselves with the energy of a boss encounter you didn’t sign up for—curt, unhelpful, sometimes openly dismissive. Instead of guides, they feel like gatekeepers. Instead of allies, they’re obstacles.
In Metal Gear Solid, even enemy soldiers had personality—conversations about ration shortages, cigarettes, anime. Here, the staff provide no humanity. Just friction. It’s as if the “strand system” of connection was severed, leaving only antagonism.
This location feels less like Wawa and more like Outer Heaven gone rogue—where the philosophy of care has been replaced with apathy. I came seeking a sandwich, a coffee, maybe a moment of respite. What I received was tension, impatience, and the sense that customers were a burden.
Two stars. Because the infrastructure remains. The machines still work. The hoagies still exist. But the human connection—the part that makes Wawa more than a gas station—has failed.
In a world defined by strands, this outpost has cut its own line.

First and foremost, the experience ordering doordash from this location was absolutely terrible. I ordered two hoagies tonight on 4/2/25 at about 9pm, neither were correct. Both sandwiches were missing main ingredients. I initially ordered doordash because of a long day at work. I had to get dressed out of my own comfort and drive to the location to have the sandwiches remade. The older woman was confused as if I was saying something wrong. She seemed a bit ticked off that I even asked for them to be remade. The manager was nice I can say but somehow still messed up TWO SIMPLE SANDWICHES. Im not one to complain much but this was terrible. And to say I live near by is even worse. Guess i’ll go to another location. Zero stars if possible.

This wawa is going down hill fast. Went there yesterday and got a burrito bowl, get all the way to work and there is barely anything in it. Day later get the same bowl and they forget the Chipotle sauce. It even says it on the ticket.
