The staff was very nice and the food was very delicious. The wings were big, saucy and juicy. The pizza was amazing and had a lot of flavor and toppings. I already can’t wait to grab another pizza from there, this week. We will definitely go back.

First time trying pizza hut in a good 30 years, the GF and I got a large pie with bacon and sausage, order of bread sticks, an order of cinnamon buns, and an order of wings. The pizza had a crisp edge, the toppings cooked perfectly. The bread sticks were good, the side of pizza sauce just made this a perfect combination. Now how can I describe cinnabon cinnamon buns other then warm and melted in your mouth. Everything was delicious!

Im not sure if you guys wear hair nets and gloves but im a long time Pizza hut memeber. I order pizza hut from nyc Chicago, Missouri and i always order at the Dunmore location i never experienced hair n my food. That is so nasty especially for a new establishment. I will be reporting this to head quarters.

Pizza was cooked perfectly, too bad they sauced a RECTANGULAR pizza in an OVAL pattern!!! Cheese too! Plus the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks weren’t baked long enough and were just limp greasy logs of soggy bread. Unfortunately I didn’t see the pizza before my niece ate two pieces but here’s the remainder.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an awful experience!!! I ordered 12pc wings & immediately noticed a wing that barley had any meat on it When I returned to the store & explained my problem to the young lady at the cash register. She asked me how many wings did I ordered I answered 12 that’s when she decided to touch my wings and count them one by one while putting the wings on the other side of the tray now mind you she had gloves on but handled other customers money with the same gloves! After she counted the wings she tells me the wing that had more bone then meant was an extra wing and then handed me back my platter of wings I asked her for another batch of wings and she act as if I offended her because I didn’t want to eat food that she touched all over she literally tried to argue with me and refuse to get me more wings Someone from the back came to the front and I explained to him the situation he said he will get me more wings but the young lady continued to be disrespectful & kept the convo going with her coworkers while looking at me making these ugly faces. She was very unprofessional and wasn’t told by her workers to stop trying to agg the situation on even thought I’ve stayed silent after I was told that I’ll get more wings. I will personally never order from this particular restaurant after I endured rude customer service she really thought in her mind she could touch over someone food with dirty gloves & then expect me to be ok with what she did in that case she could have asked me to count the wings in front of her what was the point of her asking how many wings I ordered of she was going to count them herself in the first place

Just had your tavern crust pizza. I thought I was going to break a tooth. It was way to over baked. I also had a melt and that was over baked. Not a happy camper. Will not be back.

Terrible delivery service. I ordered at 5:18 it was expected to be here by 6:08, didn’t arrive until 6:36. I called the store numerous of times and safe to say they rigged their system so they don’t have to answer it. Food is too expensive to be waiting an hour PLUS. If it’s caused by lack of staff, don’t offer delivery. Don’t offer a service you can’t deliver, literally. Let alone they only give you a “chat” option to contact ANYONE and well they don’t work either. Won’t order again and would like to know how to get a refund as I made my kids a quick dinner because I didn’t think it was coming at all.
