I’m posting this because as I was waiting for my drink this associate shoulder checked me to get into the back room, instead of saying excuse me they straight walked into me and shoulder checked me out of the way. Look I get having a bad day, but I was a manager at Wawa for 9 years and I never experienced nor saw something like this. Absolutely unacceptable. Felt extremely disrespected and when I said something to them, they ignored me. I’m sorry you always say excuse me, you never touch or aggressively move a customer out of the way. Again they said nothing to me to indicate they were behind me what so ever. I’m just absolutely disgusted with what happened today.

Placed an order on the app. Had the money taken from my account. Showed up to pick up my order just for them to say they didn’t have it. I provided proof of purchase with the mobile app purchase history and my bank account showing the payment came out yet the manager refused to make my food and told me if I wanted it I had to repay for it. I was in a bit of a rush so I did something i rarely do. I stopped for a breakfast sandwich. First, I could only pick a six inch roll, my only egg choice was a fake egg white omlet. After backing out of the screen thinking I hit the wrong button, i did not. Since I can’t order eggs, without ingredients I can’t have, I left hungry. Thank you wawa, for deciding rather than give an option, you decided a forced “healthier” choice should contain an ingredient that one third of the population can’t have, and had i not looked it up, since it’s not labeled i might have eaten. Do better.

Today the storms caused their power to be out. Once it returned on, they were having problems with their registers. However, Zach and the rest of the crew were outside assisting customers who arrived. They suggested I order through the app and they could bring me my order. Super nice and helpful! Wonderful job helping even with things happening out of their control!

Another wawa success! My salad was fresh, tasty and place was clean. I have never had any of the workers be nasty either. Service was fast and I have zero complaints.

Bathrooms are always clean. I come to this Wawa very often but then later ask myself… WHY??? If it wasn’t the location, id avoid it at all cost. Cashiers are always sweet, very helpful. But when it comes to the food, it’s always wrong. But you get what you pay for I guess.. but why is it, that I’m always paying for buffalo Mac and cheese, that’s not what I’m getting? The answer remains unclear. I’m not saying that this has been the only time this has happened. It’s every time. It would be different if food service told me, “hey friend, we’re all out of buffalo. Sorry” but instead, I see the Buffalo bottles staring right at me, as well as seeing the employees FAILING to put Buffalo in my Mac and cheese. Every. Single. Time. And it’s even crazier, that the WAWA in Whitehall never forgets to put Buffalo. I work in a restaurant, read the ticket. Every single time? If it was just once or twice fine, but EVERY SINGLE TIME??? It feels like they’re doing it on purpose, as some kind of joke. What bothers me even more is that I pay for (3) sour cream packets and I have to remind them that I wanted sour cream and they only give me one packet after misremembering what I had ordered. It’s only a few cents and I get it these kids must be so tired, so I say nothing and go about my day. But I’m one buffalo Mac and cheese short of going to this Wawa and demanding to speak to Chris Gheysens myself
