This place is unbelievable. The night before my wife and I have to go out of town to her mother’s funeral, we order two cheese steaks from them through the app, because we were too busy to cook. I go to pick up the order, and the guy says “sorry but we didn’t have enough steak to make you’re whole order”, and hands me a bag with only my wife’s hot sandwich. It’s like going to a restaurant with your wife, and you both order food, and the waiter brings your spouse her dinner, and tells you, “sorry, but we don’t have enough for you.” It’s two cheese steaks, one small and one regular sized, both with different toppings. Obviously for two different people. So why even make one? Then to make things worse, the order was placed, and paid for through the app, and the guy says “you can just request a refund through the app.” So then I have to find a contact link, and explain the entire situation to them in an email. A day later, they send me an email demanding to see a copy of my receipt, or a screenshot of my invoice, while I have all this other stuff going on. Another day later, they send me an email telling me they’re giving me a store credit for $10, which doesn’t even cover what I paid with sales tax for the item they failed to give me. Nevermind the fact that my wife’s sandwich had about half the meat of a half Cheesesteak I got there about a week before, and was unsatisfactory. A fact I told them in the original email. I’d never buy food from these crooks again, so I guess I need to contact my bank to try and stop payment. You’re best bet is avoiding buying food from these crooks, but ABSOLUTELY don’t use the app and pay through it. Just go to Sheetz. I’ve never had a similar problem dealing with them. Four thumbs down for Wawa.

I got a turkey panini with what I can say is the works and I can’t believe how big it is and the price is very fair for as much as you get. I highly recommend coming here. They’re pastries are to die for as well and the food selection in general is more than anywhere in the area. Snacks n treats from other countries. Definitely worth a stop in.

People are polite, but my food was made incorrectly. I ordered 1 beef steak burrito and was given chicken steak. Everything but my protein choice was right. Wasn’t even packed/busy. Won’t be ordering again

Night shift is really lacking. I order during day shift frequently with no issues, 2nd time now night shift has not done well. No mayo despite ordering with mayo..and is that enough bbq sauce for anyone on that burger?

As far as customer service goes, I see nothing wrong there. It was my first time ordering here & idk what happened to my wrap. It looks like it was squeezed but I didn’t do that? I guess I shouldn’t expect much when pay $2.50 but this was a little….odd.

I enjoy Wawa, but not this one! Barely any coffee, barely any creamer, no bacon, lots of people waiting for coffee which was going to take 5 minutes. Low coffee supplies. No receipts printed at self checkout.

This store has an awkward layout, making it feel a bit disorganized. They also rarely have what you order through the app available in-house. On top of that, they’re oddly strict with ice—most of my iced coffees have come with only two or three cubes.
When the store first opened, the food quality was solid, but it has declined significantly. Now, it lacks freshness and has that signature Sheetz rubbery, greasy texture, like it’s been sitting out too long.
Service is hit or miss. Some employees are friendly and clearly doing their best, while others seem annoyed by your presence.
That said, it’s a new location, and its convenience keeps me coming back. I’ll continue giving it a chance and will update my review if things improve.
Also, what the hell is up with their spoons? Incredibly painful to use. Never had a spoon so oddly shape and hurt my mouth. Hah.
