Worst lunch ever we have been here over an hour waiting for food and still nothing is on this buffet. They put one pizza out at a time and it’s nothing anyone even wants to eat. No bread half a salad bar just a complete waste of a lunch break. Tons of tables and people all sitting waiting for food wasting their lunch breaks to get nothing to eat!!! I’m am completely pissed there is no reason it is 12:08 and this buffet looks like this!! And you still expect to get paid for what??

Whatever happened to Pizza Hut?I was there on a Sunday last week.The girl finally come out from the back.She said she was the only one and she had no service.There was no cars in the parking lot which should have made me think of something.Every other place is full on sunday , so I tried again on January 26th this time.There was nobody in the store at all.It was closed what a shame I remember.We used to go out to Pizza Hut on a Friday night.A whole crowd of us and get 3 or 4 pizzas and have a blast , there was thick and chewy or thin and crispy they had spaghetti.They also had personal pizzas . I guess that was a good old days when they cared about their customers

Went for the buffet, thought if I came early that I could get in before the rush. However, that turned out to be a not wise decision. Pizzas are slowly delivered to the buffet before noon, so for 20-30 minutes, there was the remains of a few slices that no one wanted, some decent pasta and dwindling amounts of bread sticks. Once noon rolled around, they brought out the good stuff, meat lovers pizza plus a few others. The pizza is always good, service was excellent and I left fat plus happy; all in all, that is a win from any buffet. However, for future, I won’t go before 11:45am.

I order a delivery at 4:30 p.m.. I did not get my food until 6:59 p.m.. the only person I heard from was delivery person who told me he would let me know when it’s ready. He kept saying that they were working on my order. I tried to call the store and it would go straight to the customer service center who is sending me back to the store who would not answer. The next thing I know the delivery person is texting me again saying that I need to speak to someone named Nate and that they did not have all of my order ready mind you this is way after 6:30. He asked if he could bring the food or if I wanted my money back in which case I would have to talk to Nate by then though my kid is at home hungry so I told him to bring what he had. This was only my second time ever ordering from here I will never ever do that again. I tried to call after I got home from work and they still did not answer the phone. And when they comment to this problem they’re just going to say we’re sorry for your experience please reach out and contact us. But you can’t contact them. they know it and they don’t care that’s their way of saying they don’t care. You need to do better.

Went for the buffet around 11:45. Hardly any salad fixings. 1 slice of taco pizza on the bar. Old pasta that the sauce was burnt. 15 minutes before another pizza came out. Cheese. 10 minutes later another pizza, thin crust. 10 min later fresh breads breadsticks and cinnasticks. There were quite a number of people in the restraunt. So the pizza went quick. As I sat and waited for a pizza to come out, the waitress cleared several tables. Not a single use of cleaner to the tables. A towel she had tucked in her apron was what wiped down the table. At this point, I could no longer eat here. $16 for a buffet I had a small plate of lettuce cucumbers and ranch. 1 thin slice of cheese pizza. A glass of sweet tea. Never will we darken that doorway again.

Well, this was the first time in decades that I visited the hut, not because I don’t like the hut, just haven’t been close to one in a while, I am happy to see that it hasn’t changed much, it’s great and family friendly, Im not expecting a 5 star visit,

Harry and Nate went far and beyond after a third party door dasher stole half of my order and wouldn’t answer me when I called I want harry and Nate to know it meant a lot because me and my family were pretty darn hungry Nate and harry both hustling through the kitchen working their behinds off to cook new food for me it was much appreciated and hope to see them both get the recognition they deserve

Thank y’all for havin the salad bar open We literally drove all the way to this 1 specifically for the salad bar. I LOVED everything!! Every single thing we had, right down to the tea, was fresh!!!! I loved our waitress as well!

So I placed an order a few weeks ago and the person that was going to get it fell to pick it up I spoke with someone someone the very next day in the store and they were nice enough to give me a credit that would be in the store well when I called the store tonight there’s nothing there so I’m very upset do not lie to me that is not very business like
