The Wawa on Rte 33 no longer cares about customer service. My last 2 deliveries had items missing. Between the delivery driver (DOOR DASH) and Wawa employees no delivery should have missing items. To make matters worse, the deliveries happened 2 days in a row. I will find another place to get my breakfast from. No problem.

24 hour Wawa w/ gas… but you can’t get gas after midnight cuz the kid they got working can’t take his eye off his screen. Even if you’re the only car there. expect to wait. A looooooooong time.

The lot, grass, and all around the outside of the building is extremely filthy. The inside is neatly stocked. Iv’e gotten food poisoning a few times here. The bathrooms ar rush ally clean. Not a very welcoming site. The cashiers are usually nice too. They need a professional cleaner.

I live right next to this Wawa and I have to drive across town to a different Wawa because this one is always disappointing. Wawa has a strangle hold on food and deli businesses in NJ so finding good coffee is hard and expensive. It’s unfair that I should have to drive across town when Im supposed to go right next door!

went to this wawa like I normally do on my night shift. Ordered a simple breakfast quesadilla. Immediately the worker who’s working the deli says “ why can’t people stop ordering so I can get my work done” now I can understand the frustration but I didn’t order something crazy or multiple items. I was the only person in the store at that moment. Very uncalled for and super unprofessional. Then I get my quesadilla and it’s crazy. Yes heat bubbles up tortillas but I didn’t think wawa would allow this to be presentable. This is the second time I ordered this and it looks like this. I don’t want to rate it a one because the lady cleaning out the cappuccino machine helped me without complaining

This Wawa doesn’t ever have the stuff you’d hope to see when walking into a Wawa. No Zapps chips, NO CHOCOLATE? Teens are always loitering in the back with their cars drinking. Just not Hamilton’s best Wawa.

This is TERRIBLE. I spend 6-7 dollars on something that legitimately is NOT WORTH the Size. It doesn’t event fill up the bowl(Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes). I’m SUPER DISAPPOINTED and you guys just lost a CUSTOMER. Not to mention the two EMPLOYEES were SCREAMING at eachother when I walked in. Super TERRIBLE SERVICE and terrible QUANTITY.
