I have come to this Subway a handful of times. It is attached to the Petro Serve convenience store. This Subway is generally clean and nice and the service is quick and accurate. My review however is only based on ordering at the counter and eating in.

OMG….
So I don’t normally do reviews of fast food restaurants, but the experience I had here tonight far surpassed my expectations for fast food. The guy who waited on me was kind, professional, and had a great personality. He made my sandwich by the book. He was conscientious about the amount of toppings and dressing that I wanted. My sandwich looked like the ones in the commercials. I quit going to Subway a long time ago because I was disappointed… But now I have changed my mind based on my experience at this restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

The gal who was working was wonderful! Unfortunately she was working alone as other workers did not show up! My heart went out to her but she kept a positive attitude! She deserves a big raise. Whoever was supposed to be working with her needs to be fired. She made an excellent BLT for me!!!

I placed an order online here; only to get there and there was one employee there taking forever on the subs. Waited in line for at least 10 minutes cause my food wasn’t ready, then get to him and the employee claims they never got the order. I show him my online order, tries to tell me it probably went to the wrong address, show him the address is correct, tells me he can’t do anything I need to contact his manager later that day. I had ordered the food for a coworker and I, so was out the money plus needed to reorder a second time just to get my food. I Attempted to contact the store all day with no answer… the worst display of customer service I have seen in Fargo to this day.

Staff were friendly and the food was good, but I was disappointed to see the recycling bin is just for show. Both “recycling” and “trash” holes lead to the same bin. Greenwashing like this is misleading and unethical, whether intentional or not. Do better.

The woman who was working at noon by herself on 8/24/23 is AMAZING!!!! You better appreciate your employee because I witnessed her baking bread, stocking as needed, handing out app orders through the window, making sandwiches for 8 people, and ringing them up without complaint. She is an incredibly hard worker who deserves to be seen for what she did today. There were 6 people in line behind me who waited because she needed time to attend to the bread baking. No one complained while I was there because we all saw her. I’d tell my boss to hire her in a hurry if she applied where I work.

I went during lunch rush. I was on my way to work. There was one young lady working alone. I gotta give her credit.. she worked very hard alone when busy. Why I am docking a couple stars is because she was chewing gum. Not inconspicuous either. That right there is a health code violation I believe. I was nice and let her know that was not cool. It’s a health violation. All I got was Subway doesn’t say she can’t. Or her managers don’t say no. I love Subway. It was actually my very first job. But to me this was not cool.
