A couple nights ago my daughter ordered some food from here and Uber eats well, when the driver got there, apparently he forgot to give her her drinks so she called up the store itself and explained to the manager what had took place and do you guys know that the manager drove her own personal car to drop the drinks off for her and then also wrote a nice little note apologizing on behalf of the outsourced company for the delivery not being right so I feel like that is above and beyond it was nighttime so I’m figuring it was probably the night supervisor. I believe she’s described her having blonde hair and being on a petite side. anyWho, whoever you are, I appreciate you and I want you to know that you are the real rockstar

Dont go to this wawa it’s always uncomfortably freezing. Even in winter and fall its always freezing. Their store is way to cold to be in. I dont know how the employees enjoy working there when its so cold but everytime I see them there all wrapped in cooler jackets and hoodies so thats not surprising. I dont recommend coming here unless your a penguin or have excessive body weight to keep you warm.

This place is a revolving door of employees and it goes to show why. The fact you pay what you do for a simple drink for it to be wrong, then when you tell the employee “this doesn’t have what is clearly on the ticket” and their response is “it does have it”, is mind blowing. I’ve ordered the same thing for months I know how it’s supposed to be. When there should be mocha and 2 pumps of espresso and your frozen coffee is almost the same color as milk, you made it wrong(example in picture). This place constantly makes things wrong and has since I’ve moved to the area. I try to do the convenient thing for myself by going here, but it’s just not worth it anymore. I’ll go out of my way to drive further to a new location. Get someone who can train people properly and run a store the way it should. Stop just hiring bodies to fill spots.

I use to order hoagies all the time years ago in the Alburtis, PA area. When I heard there was a Wawa out this way when I was in the area, I had to stop. I ordered an Italian hoagie with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. It was delicious.

Wawa usually has great subs and this specific one does too but I’ve had a couple experiences where workers will put way too much oil and vinegar on my sub to the point where it makes the sandwich soggy. The coffee is pretty decent too and some workers have been friendly.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a wawa pizza review lol. A coworker recently suggested wawa pizza, as reluctant as I was I decided why not… for the most part the food typically comes through in a pinch and is good enough to get the job done. That being said, expectations were mediocre at best but did expect it to be a bit better. I don’t fault the staff but let’s say it falls between microwave pizza and domino’s. For the length of time it took to order and receive said pizza, calling and supporting your local pizza shop to have one properly made would’ve been the better move obviously. Wawa is quite the convenience for many things, a go to late night snack, perhaps a coffee for those cold commutes to work or a splash of gas to get you where you need to go. As for pizza lol, this one’s best left to the pros.

Was a nice Wawa in the center of town but recently overnight deli has been closed 80% of the time I go after I get out of work. Also the elderly lady behind the counter thinking it’s ok to fold slim Jim’s in half for bagging purposes is unacceptable I don’t think anyone would appreciate this being done to any other item why is this not been address yet by management. When I brought it up she acted as if I was the first person to say something to her about it.

Poor customer service (PCS). I needed to use the bathroom and the attendant behind the counter said “We don’t have a bathroom.” This is not to say that the attendant is a bad person, as I believe he was doing exactly as he was instructed/taught by his leadership at that location.
My problem with the statement “WE DON’T HAVE A BATHROOM” is very simple – they serve food!!! I am certain the HEALTH DEPARTMENT would have a field day with this location. By the way, where do the employees of this location use the bathroom, more importantly where do they wash their hands in order to prepare food items???
The WAWA District Manager should visit this location in COGNITO to experience what I’ve said. I understand that I don’t live in the fine community, but I would not want to live in an area which will-not allow access to a bathroom. If you cant grant access, at least say why. Yes I would leave angry but at least I’ve been given a reason.
Moving forward I will make every attempt to AVOID any WAWA in my future travels and certainly recommend my friends to avoid these stores. If you you’ve read this far, be aware – you may be told to go away because: “they don’t have a bath-room!”
This goes far above PCS, but it raises to the level of I don’t care about you. If you happen to be the WAWA public relations or media person, before you attempt to reply/comment. Conduct your own research, visit a location and attempt to “Ask to use the bathroom.” or save yourself the trip and review any tapes you may have from locations. Somewhere in your organizations mission statement must be… “Grow the business by providing the most….” (I don’t know what the mission statement is, but I suspect it something along that line. I could be totally wrong).
I don’t know exactly why this one episode/visit has made me so sour on this organization. First impressions make lasting impressions.
By the way I went to the local Fast Food location down the road, they allowed me to use the bathroom and I wound up purchasing food for everyone in my car.
One star is the lowest one can go other-wise I would have given a negative 5.
Follow – Up, January 2023 – Nothing has changed, avoid if possible.

Staff is amazing and helpful!
Managers are sweethearts and always take care of your needs with the highest respect given to you!
I go in there and feel like family, that feeling from a wawa is amazing. Everyone there is an absolute doll!
Not a single person in that store is rude!
I had an asthma attack in wawa one day and one of the workers kept making sure I was ok even though I said I was ok, she was worried and actually calmed me down as I felt like I was going to pass out! I wish I knew her name because that girl deserves a raise!
I’m sure I’ll find out her name soon and let the managers know how grateful I was that she was there for me.
You won’t get treatment like this at any other wawa.
Honestly this store needs to be remodeled to be bigger because it’s packed every time I go there!
