For being a fast-food restaurant in a mall setting, I was surprised how great the service was! We’ve tried many, many online orders having been canceled on us, and when they came through they always had something of our order wrong (At our best, they had our order correct but there was no sauce with our food. At our worst they’ve messed up entire parts of our orders, such as giving up mashed potatoes instead of fries). We decided to finally drive to a Popeyes that at least had a dine-in option. The line was pretty short when we went and the lady was very nice. My only complaint is the service was not only a little longer than I liked, but people who order after us were getting their food before us. The wait was forgiven as when we got our food, it was very accurate and for the first time ever, we ACTUALLY got sauce with our food. Overall, I enjoyed it. It was a nice drive and will definitely be returning for that delicious chicken. Love that chicken from Popeyes!

I visited the restaurant on December 31, 2025, to order a family meal with dark and spicy options. The worker informed me that spicy chicken was unavailable, but I could see the chicken behind her. When I asked for wings, the same response came back: we’re out of chicken. I’m puzzled about how chicken is served but not available. The service was rude and unhelpful. I’ve been to the restaurant before, but after today, I won’t be returning.

The spicy chicken sandwiches are the best! They are big and juicy and spicy. They are crunchy too. The fries are not too good. They are soggy. The chicken strips are not good at all. They are dry and hard.

I order an 8 piece Chicken got french fries and cole slaw yesterday 6/13/23 17:59 pm OMG! The cole slaw was sour ,you cold smell it as soon as you took the lid off it ,and some of the Chicken was not fully cooked what a joke this place is I paid $40.59 for a 8 piece of half cooked chicken and a large sour cole slaw ,and I been trying to call the location located at the Aurora Mall since yesterday evening, and all day today 6/14/23, and no one will answer the phone please do not buy food here unless you want to get sick.

1st time i went (yesterday) i asked which chicken was more fresh, the spicy or classic, they said classic so i got some. That chicken was bone dry and old, but I already drove away so i let it go. I went again today and asked which chicken was more fresh, spicy or classic. She said spicy and said it just came up, i got excited and ordered a 4 piece. This time, I didn’t drive away, i checked my chicken and sure enough, barely warm. Don’t waste your time or money at this Popeyes.

This is a new Popeyes that is now in the Aurora Mall food court where Taco Bell used to be. This was actually the best Popeyes experience I have ever had. The food was put together fast and my order was correct. I have never had these two things happen at the same time at any other Popeyes. The blackened chicken strips I had were very most and they were great tasting. The basket was bland, but that’s normal for them.

Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and some tenders for our party. ALL of the chicken tasted rubbery, like it was cooked hours ago. Dry, cold, chewy. It was terrible, as I normally love Popeyes. Super disappointing for such a new location.

I got their 3 piece Chicken for $6 deal. I was VERY disappointed with the size. 3 VERY small piece. Even smaller then KFC! Apparently they use smaller Chicken in that special than they do with their regular offerings. Won’t be doing that again anytime soon.
