Good evening Google family. I visited for the first time today. I always pass by it to go home. I stopped today and purchased egg rolls and a chocolate banana smoothie, the 16 oz. Smoothie was very good. I visited the rest room. It was clean and neat. I would visit this location again. Good experience here. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

If you’re coming into an establishment with an attitude, as I’ve seen, you deserve to get one back lol Always a pleasure when walking into this establishment. Shouting out Dom, Gas Attendant. Could you please make sure you put the right items into burger: I have ordered the one with non-spicy ingredients. Instead when came home there were almost all wrong and some were missing. And every single time have to ask for a receipt while it should come automatically unless you ask not to.

Management allows loitering outside – mentally disturbed or drug induced man stands outside opening and closing the front door for everyone, asking for help. You can’t avoid him. We didn’t even go in and drove to royal farms further down white horse pike.

Unfortunately, this location has been slipping downhill over the past few years. All of the issues I’m seeing i don’t blame on the employees. I blame the management team. I say team because I feel the district manager shares a large part in this location’s decline. Quality control of food service products awful. Cleanliness is slipping. I get the feeling when I visit, that nobody wants to be there. Employees and now myself and fellow customers. I’m taking the time to do this not because I’m angry, I’m hoping there can be improvement.

I asked for a wheat hoagie with egg white omelette, tomato, spinach and provolone cheese only to open the wrapper and it was made with white bread. Went back in to have them remake it as I can’t consume white bread. I also requested that it be toasted a bit dark/crunchy. When the second sandwich was handed to me, I was already running late so I didn’t open it. Lo and behold, they got it wrong again. This time they replaced the egg white with a regular omelette and the sandwich was soft and soggy/ not toasted dark like I asked. I ended up tossing the sandwich and buying breakfast somewhere else. I called the store to speak to the manager. I was told she was too busy to take a phone call and that I should call back later. I will never patronize this Wawa again!

greasy cashier refused sale to me for NO reason and asked to see a minors ID, and the manager told me they’re allowed to do that and i can try another wawa up the street.
