The security guard literally kicked me out. I had something I needed to sort out on the phone, and I waited for a couple of hours after getting gas. He said I couldn’t wait there anymore and warned me that I had been there for a long time. This is the first time I’ve seen something like this at a Wawa; I won’t be going back to this place. It’s a terrible establishment.

Anyone that has given this place a good review has never spent more than five real minutes at the store this is one of the worst Wawa’s ever when it should be a gold mine because it’s one of the only ones within a decent radius

What a joke, so glad I did not buy a hot sandwich. We ordered on the app and I went to the location and stood by the mobile order shelves / location. My scheduled time for pick up, came and went. I finally found out many minutes later, they stuck in the front, in a random place (the middle island counter, between register and doors, where someone could easily walk out the door with it). No reason why it was there and not in the designated location. I saw many other drinks and food being placed in the correct location. This is completely unacceptable and I will have to decide, if ordering from Wawa is a safe option, in the future.

Three times they’ve made my orders wrong. (Forgetting items, making wraps and sandwiches wrong etc) I finally say something today and the manager just says “sorry”. Photo proof that my sandwich was completely incorrect and he didn’t even give my money back or offer an alternative.

I was waiting for my iced coffee when a gentleman next to me was getting 4 cups of Colombian coffee when he realized it was empty. He told the person behind the coffee counter and that person walked over and saw the one that was farther down was full and flagged him to use that. Instead of being professional and courteous by just replacing the empty with a full, he was rude by waving him to the one that was full. It’s called customer service.

It’s a very late night, trust me this story is completely true. Me and my friend just door dashed from this wawa my friend got a bbq chicken quesadilla and i got a chicken sandwich with lettuce, pickles, and ranch. whoever was behind the counter put there ENTIRE EFFORT, ETHICALNESS, AND DEVOTION into our meals. i’m not lying. this is not a joke. this is the best meal we’ve had in ages. i would’ve never expected wawa to be so good. trust me, i know that may be offensive. but this fast food tastes like it was made by your mom and took 3 hours. it was so good im not even lying. promote whoever was behind the counter.
