Had an amazing dinner at Watershed! We tried both the pasta and pizza, and found each to be delicious. The pizza was cooked perfectly with a light char, and the star of the show (the sourdough crust) was allowed to shine and not be overwhelmed with toppings. The Sugo was a generous portion of homemade pasta covered in a hearty meat sauce. We will definitely be back soon!

Came here after a day of skiing at Sunday River. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was super friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the delicious pastas and pizza! And the dessert (especially the tiramisu) is to die for! Will absolutely be back! Such a cute and cozy place. Best Italian food for miles!

I am floating on a cloud of pesto and chocolate. That was hands down one of the most incredible meals I’ve had in a long time. You walk in and the staff could not have been friendlier. Dinner service was quick, from drinks to apps and finally to the main course. The ravioli special was the kind of meal you dream about for years to come. The chocolate dessert served in a tea cup was heavenly. The second we walked out the door I asked my boyfriend if we could return the following day. I will be back, many many times. Don’t miss out on this place, once you experience it for yourself you too will be singing its praises and sleeping on ravioli clouds. Thank you to the watershed staff for everything you do and the magic you create in the form of food.

11/10 this place is incredible. Small and cozy, the staff is attentive and welcoming. You can tell by the food that they care about what they make.
The cauliflower appetizer was incredible and the homemade ravioli was some of the best I’ve had. Will make this a regular stop when we come to the area

First time at the Watershed and we felt like family from the moment we walked in. We were greeted cheerfully and seated promptly by the Tom, the owner. His wife Vicky, the chef, designed a fantastic menu. We enjoyed our appetizer of Raclette, delicious with house made focaccia. Our food came out hot and quickly. Janet, our server, was courteous and very attentive. We ordered the seasonal ravioli, which was mushroom and delicious. Our son had the special of sausage and meatballs over rigatoni. It tasted great, as if my Italian momma made it!
The cannoli for dessert couldn’t be better. Pistachio encrusted and not too sweet. Wine selection complimented the meal nicely. Reasonably priced.

I’m not one to typically review places, but I just had to for this restaurant. I’ve lived in Maine for 8 months & this is hands down the best meal I’ve had in this state. I had their pasta special- aglio e olio & homemade tiramisu. The servers were friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was DELICIOUS.

I live in Bethel and it took seeing an ad in the local magazine for me to know this little gem was here! The best atmosphere, so cozy, so welcoming. The whole family (three year old included) devoured the wood fired pizza. Excited to try more menu options next time. A must visit!

Great service and delicious food. Seating is definitely a little tight, but they do a fine job. They are a little off the beaten path which was helpful during school vacation week. Everywhere else was so packed!

I don’t usually torch a restaurant after my first visit, but there won’t be a return.. the salad was good, my husband ordered their special ravioli, he said not bad.. I ordered their fresh pasta ala vodka sauce it was inedible, the pasta was so over cooked it was like paste.. the sauce or lack of it was bland no taste, the sausage cut in half was good, I did tell the waitress it wasn’t good, she spoke to the owner/chef and they offered me a free dessert, no Thankyou.. my meal was $30 and wasn’t edible I took 3 bites and they didn’t take it off the bill.. we went to the gas station and got a sub for dinner.. so it cost us $90 for dinner including tip and it sucked
