It’s sad that when you ask for pickles that you only get one AND if you get a hot sandwich they won’t give you any pickles. Hot or cold, if I want pickles I should be given some.

Love this place from Coast to Coast from California all the way out to Virginia. The menu is really good they have some nice salads with a lot of fruit and them as well as combinations with sandwiches and salads.
Fountain drinks or bottomless serve yourself so no need to get the grande glass just get a small one and refill it.
They also have a wide assortment of teas and some coffees there which make it good for anyone with any preferences as far as liquid beverages.

I ordered online and received a notification 15 minutes later indicating my meal was ready. I went there; however, the meal was not ready, I waited another 10-12 minutes for the meal and was on my way. I arrived home, opened the sandwich and was disappointed on how it was just thrown together. I had the Greek salad which was pretty good, the Chicken noodle soup was way too salty. I took a photo of the soup but it didn’t look like much, so I didn’t upload it. The Chocolate chip cookie was alright. All-in-all this Panera is not the one. I have visited this Panera twice and they haven’t hit the mark. I will continue to visit Panera, but not this particular one; even if I have to drive further out, this one is off the list.

I’ve been buying my fav food here for a bit now, which is Chipotle chicken / avocado sandwich. Today at 6pm I ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive-thru and left. Found out the chicken was partial raw on both sandwiches. Went inside to get a new sandwich and the lady there was nice but the “manager”, Kayvon, gave me that life less customer service treatment. Now, his approach is horrible for a manager.
I told the lady about the situation, then I told Kayvon that the chicken was raw. He goes and say that the chicken was already processed and cooked before it came to them, so it’s not on them.. I get that. I was all calm and collected..
This guy asked me if I wanted a refund or a new order. I told him nicely that I want my sandwich remade. He said, “well, if you getting a new sandwich the next one gonna be the same”, well I get my sandwiches here all the time and it’s not like that all the time. He could’ve just said that he’d make sure that its all fully cooked?
Seriously.. PINK / SLIMY CHICKEN = RAW. Attention to details.. smh. Anyways, Laura is supposed to be the general manager. I’ll call to report this to her in the morning because what I got from what Kayvon said, eating a raw chicken from Panera is a NORM. Is that right?

Ok, so yesterday, I was complaining about the manager, Kayvon, but seriously…I left the 2nd sandwich I bought for breakfast from yesterday after a retake of my order and surprise, surprise…..the chicken was RAW!!! AGAIN!!!
I was dmb and tried the chicken thinking maybe it’s not raw, maybe it was from the bell pepper or whatever that red veggie is…NOPE!!! DISGUSTING!!! RAW CHICKEN ON MY SANDWICH AGAIN?!!!!
I’ve been getting my sandwiches usually in the morning and it’s usually fresh/amazing. That one time I buy in the afternoon and it’s raw chicken with blacked out avocado?!

Placed a pickup order in store. The food was great, the establishment though, kinda dirty. You can see into the prep kitchen area and the floors were not very clean, and there was debris, trash on the floor.

Yall really need to update your options for the salads. Who wants ICE COLD chicken? Not me. If I wanted that I would go to the grocery store, not pay 13$ for a salad and then when I request my chicken be hot I’m told they can’t do that. What a JOKE. So now I have to sit here and pick out the ice cold chicken from my salad so that I can eat something today. Thanks for making me waste my money (and time for that matter) on protein I have to pick out of my food because your restaurant refuses to be helpful to customers with food sensitivities.

Ordered two salads, a half sandwich and Mac and cheese. Both salads were missing the chicken and the salad had so much dressing on it it was not edible. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money.

This is a well managed Panera. Cleanest Panera restrooms I’ve seen in at least 10 years. Fast service. Friendly. Stopped on way to beach. Will come again
