I did an on line order. I ordered pick two plus other items. I will take partial blame because I did not look entirely at my contents. I got home and started unpacking my items. They forgot my soup. My salad wasn’t even a half salad and the avocados were very hard. This is my first bad experience with them. I’m not a happy camper….

I ordered online and received a notification 15 minutes later indicating my meal was ready. I went there; however, the meal was not ready, I waited another 10-12 minutes for the meal and was on my way. I arrived home, opened the sandwich and was disappointed on how it was just thrown together. I had the Greek salad which was pretty good, the Chicken noodle soup was way too salty. I took a photo of the soup but it didn’t look like much, so I didn’t upload it. The Chocolate chip cookie was alright. All-in-all this Panera is not the one. I have visited this Panera twice and they haven’t hit the mark. I will continue to visit Panera, but not this particular one; even if I have to drive further out, this one is off the list.

The young lady that took her order at the counter was not very friendly. And she messed up our order. When I went to the pickup area and let them know it was incorrect they were quick to correct it. The food was okay but High priced. In my opinion this is just a fast food joint that’s got some fancy seating with tiny tables.

Me and my bestie had a deliciousness of breakfast today! Really good, everybody balanced sausage, fresh eggs and cheese on their Asiago bagels! Oh my gosh so good! And the lemon cookie with white chocolate chips for a treat! Pure Yum!

I’ve been buying my fav food here for a bit now, which is Chipotle chicken / avocado sandwich. Today at 6pm I ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive-thru and left. Found out the chicken was partial raw on both sandwiches. Went inside to get a new sandwich and the lady there was nice but the “manager”, Kayvon, gave me that life less customer service treatment. Now, his approach is horrible for a manager.

The cashier, Kavion was really informative on the chicken Baja bowl which I had never tried. So I tried the bowl with a brownie , chips and drink. Something different, but I love salads. Reasonable price, but courtesy goes a long way
