We drove from the other side of the island to check this place out. It was almost a 20 min drive! The location showed opened online and on the door but the employees left and put up a sign that they would be right back. We waited about 20 minutes and several other potential customers came as well. No one ever came and we wasted a bunch of time. I recommend calling before you go.

Great variety and it’s all great. They don’t have reservations though. I took my whole family of 30, I visited early and the owner accommodated is at opening the door.

We walked in and they didn’t say hi, they just stared us down. They were rude and seemed mad that we ordered coffee. The coffee is mediocre for $9+. Just overall bad experience and not worth your time. There’s only one lady working the coffee counter and doing all the work. And the other lady stood around and did nothing and stared at us. Not worth it.

Saw the bad reviews and thought people were just too picky but coffee tastes gross and way overpriced. Don’t think they know anything about coffee. Regular coffee is just instant coffee??? and their lattes are disgusting. Didnt know coffee this bad existed. “Barista” thought a mocha just meant coffee with chocolate in it.

But NOT at the waters edge…a block away. Food is good but wish they had more grilled and baked options. Service is non stop tops.

We stayed in Wyndham on our vacation and we stopped in to get some coffee at this local cafe. The shop was clean and very welcoming. Amber, the manager, was very friendly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. She was very knowledgeable on their options, as we weren’t sure what to order. She informed us of activities Wyndham offered that we had no clue about!! We will definitely be back to the cafe on our next trip to Edisto!

Great. My order was a little off. Was chasing grand kid. Could have been a communication error on my part

I was hunting a mocha after a long night. Marsh moon was closed so we drove to this place on the other end of the island. Was able to score a latte and the batista was so nice. We had a nice chat about a place we’d both lived before and how much we loved Edisto while she made my drink. She was also super kind to my kid who, although well behaved, was a little short on sleep.

Within OceanRidge, small Cafe with Coffee, Alcohol and goods. There is no freshly prepared food during the off-season. There is take and bake food. They had a variety of smaller items that could be purchased; ornaments and tourist type goods. Close to the main recreational pool, mini-golf, and a playground. Clean restrooms in the area. Walking distance from many residential units. The staff was very friendly. Ample parking, a few spots out front.

Open to the public but no restroom access unless you have a key fob. Don’t go if you’re expecting breakfast food.. unless you want a muffin. There are muffins, but no bagels or anything. Seems like they offer simple lunch foods/snacks and have soup. Cute little gift shop and looks like there is mini golf and a playground with turf for kids.
Lattes are $7. Normal coffee is over $3 for 16-oz. Won’t be coming back.
