I can’t stand a bad waitress so I correct them and give them feedback. Well my waitress looked like she wasn’t to pleased with my feedback. Am I wrong for telling her she supposed to make the cook look good by bringing me my food as he gets finished with it and not to let it sit there. I don’t want cold food I want it piping hot as soon as he is finished with it. But I guess I’m the bad guy since she can’t take feedback. It’s just immature on her part and I’ll make sure to never let her forget it so any time she my waitress no tip until she apologizes for being so immature. I can be petty I’ll wait for her section to open up every time so I guess I’ll be saving money on a tip. And I know the service industry I own a restaurant in Auburn id never let that slide in my restaurant. When I gave my feedback she wanted to say we’re hiring I’ll get you a application so immature she gotta be in her 70s acting like a teenager. I guess I’m going be her regular everyday she works I’ll figure it out I promise I’m petty like that. She so immature!!!!!!!!!!!!

Draco had his headphones in and never saw me come in nor want to order food. His buddy Mr sniffles needs a napkin to clean out whatever he is over there suffering from. I’ve been to a lot of waffle houses. But this should have been one I walked out before ordering. I never received silverware. So I included pictures of me eating my dinner by hand. He brought me my check and still did not include something to eat with. Mr sniffles sat down right beside me and never gave it a thought. Obviously there were a lot of napkins. I’ve never seen anything like this. It is the first time that I’ve ever gone out to eat and not left a tip

I ordered my order togo. The service was good. The food, however, was not so. My granddaughter’s cheeseburger had the top of the tomato (that is usually cored out/disregarded) on her burger. Overall it was an okay experience.

Let’s start this Angry Review off right if you know you know follow me on all socials. Ok my guy train your staff better I have a different experience on every shift only thing consistent is the food. I’m break it down with each shift. 1st you either get a nice server or you get one that thinks they can talk to you anyway and expect a tip I mean some of your customers might like being talked to crazy I’m not one of them all I want is my food and to be left alone. Ok now we move to 2nd it’s quite and food comes out servers are nice I actually prefer it this way. Ok lastly 3rd the food is consistent like the other two shifts but my guy do y’all train your servers I shouldn’t be asked multiple times to repeat my order the cook looks likes like he babysitting the servers if y’all trained them better he could probably get the food out quicker. But I’ll definitely be back since the food is always consistent. Don’t forget to follow all socials

Visited this location on 12/13/25 at approximately 1:00pm. First, when we walked in, no one acknowledged/ greeted us. There was a booth in the corner we wanted. However, it needed to be cleared down and cleaned from previous customers. We had only been standing there for a few minutes and I thought it wise to let one of the workers know that we would like to sit at booth in the corner once it is cleaned. I got the attention of one of the workers by saying, excuse me ma’am… Before I could even say anything else, she interrupted me with a very negative and nasty attitude saying I just took another order as she said that she snatched what appeared to be a dirty dish towel to clear off the table for us then she turned and walked away in a huff. I was shocked and in response my husband and I just walked out of the restaurant without eating. Let it be known that this is the second time within 6 months we walked out of this restaurant without dining due to poor Service. Unfortunately I did not get the staff’s name but this was a female who appeared to be late 20’s to early 30’s in age. I would also like to speak with more details to a store manager or owner about this experience.

I never write a review but my waitress was so rude. Her name was tanika. I don’t know what my family did to her to make her so angry I heard her talking about us loud enough we’re she knew we could hear it. And we asked the waitress DJ could we talk to the manager but she never went and got the manager. We will never be back because this was just so traumatic!!

At first we were standing waiting on a table for 3. The lady told us to sit in a stressed manner like she was being pressured. Rude. Then we sat at the counter. It took a while but them a 3rd waitress said come over here I will get you. We moved to the side of the counter. Im glad and did this. She was really good and sweet.

This was one of the worst ones I have ever visited. The food would have been decent had they made it right. The old lady Susan, shouldn’t be working. I had to tell her the order 4 different times. She wandered off and I had to ask another server to remind her to call my order. The one girl Whitney had a horrible face the whole time. Awful, would recommend McDonald’s over this! And the fact I was charged 20% for a to-go order and the waitress and cook didn’t even get it right is BS.

I walked in at 2:04 Sunday 10/26 it’s 6 people working I’m standing at the register to order nobody acknowledges me. After at least 5 minutes of everyone walking back n forward past me I say excuse me I’ve been standing here at least 5 minutes nobody has acknowledged me “ the mgr I assume” she wearing a turquoise visor rudely said we are in the middle of shift change she’s trying to get to you…. Ok cool but you are right beside the register and have been standing here since I walked in and you didn’t greet me either. Never again‼️

Got there at 5 am, only one customer there, and we still got cold food. Can’t understand how this happened. On my way ti use the restroom right after we ordered, I noticed our toast was pre made just sitting there, so this explains why the toast was cold. But how did my omelet and hash browns get cold from the grill to our table 12 ft away? We boxed our food up and heated it up at work. Will never go to another waffle house again. This is not a one time issue. Pretty sad that you can’t even get a warmish brkfst these days.
