I usually give good reviews here, but today I was very disappointed. The pizza I ordered didn’t seem fresh at all. It looked very much like it had been sitting for a very long ring. Either that or it was reheated from the previous day. It was very dry, lacked flavor with hardly any cheese on it, the pepperoni was burnt plus it was overcooked. I know when a pizza was made fresh and this definitely was not. I was so disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Been coming here for a long time. This place has absolutely gone downhill for me. Customer service number did offer to make a new pizza, but after the way the guy who I believe to be the Owner, (old, thin, grey beared man) treated me, I was DONE. Im not getting food remade from anyone angry, for fear that they would taint it. He was very mean, aggressive, rude and full of steam and anger. He walked up to the front register extremely mean and rude, complaining, grunting, and yelling at me even before I said a word, yet I remained calm throughout, He refused to be of any help. I thought this place was legit. I always give the up most respect to the staff, by being kind regardless. Even after offering to give my money back I refused, because this guy complained “so badly” for me returning the pizza, he made it as if it was my fault for stepping foot into the store. Again, (let’s be clear) lm not blaming the staff, “just him” Just one time I had a complaint for this and I had to catch hell for it, I’m Done!!!

What an incredible place! Waterloo Pizza is a small take out /delivery restaurant here in Columbia. The pizza is very much in the NY style and delicious! The owner and staff are some of the friendliest and kind people I have dealt with. Amazing diversity of foods all done with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. My guilty pleasure is the mozzarella sticks, these things are beasts, they are huge and tasty!

Hands down Waterloo Pizza and Subs is my favorite pizza experience in Columbia.

I love NY style pizza and my grading rubric is Joe’s in Manhattan. While this place is no joes, it satisfied my craving. Thin foldable crust, loaded with meat and cheese and therefore the perfect amount of grease for my hangover. When I was really a fatty I would get two slices from here then slide over to that lil taco truck. Both are so good

YES! YES! YES! From the kind greeting at the door to the last bite, everything was perfect. This place is where you want to go for perfectly baked pizza and delicious chicken wings. The menu even has burgers which I have not yet tried! I’m so excited to have found a local pizza spot. Highly recommended for pizza lovers. Everything is delicious. Get the pepperoni or Supreme. My faves. Also, the lemon pepper wings !! So crunchy and flavored just right!

Don’t want to make this sound bad as it isn’t. Pizza is actually pretty decent. Great big slices, with nice flavor. Unfortunately, it’s greasy as all hell. You’re hungry, you want decent, and you want cheap. Give em a try, not a terrible pie. I give it a 5.1 outta 10.

I drive to this place all the way from Towson York rd. This is truly the best pizza ever and the service is always top tier. I always get a slice of pepperoni and the pizza is cheap and you get a big slice. If you never been run don’t walk it’s really good.

Best Pizza Slice in MD. Hands down, closes thing to NJ/NYC pizza South of the Tri-State.

I moved down to Maryland from the Jersey during the Covid pandemic and very few places remind me of home like Waterloos. Don’t let the fact its wedged in between a gas station and a mechanic shop fool or deter you. The Pizza is phenomenal, great cheesesteak, and the owner/staff are the friendliest people you’ll meet.
