Waterleaf Restaurant, located in College of DuPage’s Culinary and Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Restaurant Management students. Patrons can experience culinary and pastry students’ creativity while enjoying a multi-course meal, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients. Attentive service is provided by service and sales students. Waterleaf hours vary and visits are by reservation only.

We enjoyed a a very nice dinner at Waterleaf restaurant on a Wednesday – international night which featured a menu of food from the Philippines. Everything was delicious and 3 of the courses featured a wine pairing. Great job COD students and staff!

Joined the Waterleaf for dinner during the Regional American Cuisine – Spring 2025 semester. The restaurant is cozy but very comfortable. The service is limited so you don’t feel shoehorned into the dining room. Instead, it lends itself to a relaxed enjoyable evening. The service was friendly and informative. If we had any questions about the menu our server was right there to answer them. The food was exceptional! I started with the Chicken Chile Colorado followed by the Arizona Chopped Salad and I selected the Pork Carne Adovoda. The food was AMAZING!
Little sidebar about the online reservation system. It is set up to handle tables of 2 or 4. So, if you try to make a reservation for anything other than that it tends to respond that they are all booked up! If you’re having trouble call the restaurant directly!

Wow! This was an amazing lunch. The salmon was absolutely perfect! The service was great from the moment we arrived until we left. I can’t wait to return! Also The restaurant is super clean.
