I had place an order of boneless wings for an event around 3pm for it to be ready at 9:30pm. They were so kind to accomodate the time. Pretty much had the food ready as I got there. Ali, who attended me, was so kind and provided wonderful service and everyone at the event finished everything and thought it was delicious! I do want to point out that I have been going to Wing Snob for some bonesles wings and I gotta say that the batter at this Brown’s Chicken was lighter and didn’t make me feel so bloated. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Shabby chic and a little chilly in the restaurant!! BUT SOME OF THE FRESHEST CRISPIEST (and cheapest) chicken in fast food. The lady in there was so sweet and our food was like made to order. Very fresh crispy fries & the best corn fritters I’ve ever seen at any browns location. The chicken alone was definitely worth my hour drive for this nostalgic joint.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The place was ice cold like the employee that worked there. Not to friendly. After getting our meals, we took them home only to discover the chicken was not cooked all the way though. I threw everything away into the garbage. What kind of business does this? I hope they raze this place. I will be talking to the village of Hoffman Estates to see if I can get an inspector out there to shut this place down. This is ridiculous.

Rizvi the store manager is terrible and should not be allowed to talk to customers. I had a perfectly valid gift certificate with your address on it and he just told me to go to another location. The food was made and ready for pickup but he would rather throw it away and argue with a customer than honor the the payed for gift cert. Never tried this place and never will due to this managers horrible service.

Under new management service was good initially but has since gone down to 0. You will regret ordering because they keep messing up orders consistently

This is the worst place I’ve ever known. I ordered and they told me to wait 15 minutes and they delivered me the food 40 minutes later. The place was very cold, I was freezing. Then the person who prepared and packed the order was using his cell phone, did not wash his hands and handled my food as he wanted. A bad experience and I will never go back to that place.
