I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple of months now. Huge thank you to the staff for their honesty and for genuinely restoring my faith in humanity. My dad left his wallet here, and the employees handled it with complete integrity — everything was returned exactly as it should be. It truly says a lot about the people who work here. The burgers here were surprisingly really good. My husband got the Beach while I got the Crab Rangoon Burger (minus the buns). Our server was amazing, and we had a great time here.

Ordered take out twice in last 2 months. First was very good food. Second time we Ordered same meals but they were very different from the first. Burgers were dry and the sweet potato fries were burnt on the outside but mushy inside.

Stopped in a sports bar for some food & drinks during NFL & CF playoffs. Kindly asked if they could turn music down……25 minutes later asked bartender, mistake- so rude and nasty. Nachos as usual on point. Coke mix off, never came back after they left to check on it. Must be little accountability for terrible service. Been going here for 15+ years.

Reserved the party room for a couple shower, and I can not begin to tell you how easy Mary (event coordinator) was to work with. Extremely responsive to email, setting dates and the food planning. Once the party kicked off, we had a designated server/bartender, Taylor who exceeded our expectations. Not one person had an empty drink and she was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. We had a stress free amazing day.

Stopped in with my wife for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Good location, adequate seating and plenty of TVs. The service from our waiter was OK, but that was the hilight of the trip. It took 30 minutes from ordering to receive two very simple meals in a nearly empty bar. My Southwest Chicken wrap was dry, bland and tasteless. Seriously, black bean and corn salsa is actually meant to be SALSA, not just corn and blackbeans thrown in the tortilla. Onion rings were par for the course. All in all a disappointing trip and not one we will make again. The Waterfall Lounge is surrounded by many establishments that are superior in every way.

Pizza is some of the better bar pizza I’ve had. Service and atmosphere are fine, but they charge for tea refills and don’t tell you about it which is why I knocked them down in overall score. $12 for 4 glasses of tea is pretty crazy. Also, $25 for a single pour of Buffalo Trace is pretty crazy as well.
