This is an amazing family owned small business. They are friendly, hard working, and produce excellent food.
I highly recommend trying the bacon wrapped hotdogs, very reminiscent of street food in big cities.

One of the best taco trucks you will find in all of treasure Valley! The quesabirria is incredible and I think I’ve tried just about every taco they have and it’s all fantastic. They close early on Saturdays around three or 4 PM. Closed on Sundays. And during the week I think they stay open until 6 PM. They are super friendly people! love them and love their food!!

Best Mexican food in the treasure valley!!! Absolutely love their super burrito. Order it with everything and do half carnitas half carne asada. The red sauce is my favorite. Super yummy and family owned! Go give them your money and eat delicious Mexican food. My only gripe is that they are not open enough so I can eat there all the time

Our family loves Mexican food, and we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a food truck. When we went there around noon yesterday, there were a lot of people waiting in the parking lot, which made me feel that this place must be great. And it turned out to be true – the tacos were amazing, with a unique flavor to the meat. Even my son, who loves chicken nuggets, put them aside after just one bite of the taco and said, “Mom, I want more of this taco!” The owner was also very friendly. We’ll definitely go back. Highly recommended!

I had the California burrito and Al pastor taco and if I could give 10 stars I would! The taco was PACKED with meat and had great flavor. The Cali burrito was delicious! Also did not skimp on the meat there. The carne asada was great quality and it was SEASONED so well. The fries were nice and crispy. The guacamole was fresh. The burritos soft shell was fresh as well. And the ladies running the food truck were very welcoming. They all were smiling, making conversation, and ultimately looked like they were having fun! I’d assume they were all family and that, along with the amazing food, makes me want to come back over and over. I’d also like to add, being a born and raised Kentuckian I know good southern home cookin and while this isn’t southern cooking it shares similar qualities. Portions are generous, food is seasoned to perfection, and you can tell each order is made with love.

As a Professional Chef and Fellow food truck owner , I will have to say this food is by far the best Mexican style I have had in Idaho. I had the California Burrito with the Asada , usually they have more potatoes than meat ! This one was perfectly balanced and the flavor was very good. The Asada fries are on point , love that the use a smaller size fry and get them crispy and the topping are very generous for the price. They
really should charge more , but I am not telling them that part. You can tell its family owned , their cute little girl was smiling away !

Fantastic Mexican food. The lady who took my order was so nice and she introduced me to her kids who were in the trailer as well. The food was great, the horchata was awesome, and it was all still hot by the time I got home.
