I had a coconut thai curry with tofu to go.
The most basic thai dish there is, and I eat it in every city I travel to for work (which is a lot).
This was the most disgusting thai curry I’ve ever had.
Some weird, brown sauce, that had nothing to do with a thai curry, the tofu was old, hard, and chewy.
The hostess was kind and attentive. The entire restaurant was empty when I got there at 8pm.

Great sushi place in Rye! We only took rolls and they were delicious and tasty. Service was a bit slow but we also were there at a bad time. Would recommend for a new version sushi bite!

Interior is beautiful and clean. I ordered the Sushi Dinner w/ Miso Soup. The cut was nice and fresh. There was one type of fish they gave me that I didn’t particularly like though. I asked for a substitution but was told no. If I wanted other pieces, I would have to order them a la carte at $3+/piece.

Water Moon is such a cozy little gem. The vibe is super relaxing, and the dumplings? Unreal. So flavorful and perfectly made, we couldn’t stop talking about them. Our server, Anna, was the sweetest and made everything feel extra special. Sad they’re closed for remodeling, but I’m already excited for their return. Definitely a favorite! Perfect for a business meeting, a friends/family get together, or even to sit down and do some studying and enjoy lunch!

in the least rude way possible, the service is very stereotypical; incredibly direct and to the point, almost to the point of being cold. there’s no frills to it. it definitely feels like an asian restaurant, in that regard. I won’t say it’s bad, but it’s not what most americans would expect to call “good service.” I don’t find it bad myself, but don’t expect a kind experience.
The shop itself has a nice aesthetic to it. nothing to write home about.
I’d go back for the food for sure though.
