We stopped in to eat dinner. We got the crab dip for our appetizer and it was really good. DH got the shrimp burger. He said it was ok. I got the crabcakes which I thought were fairly good. My daughter got the fried shrimp plate and she really liked it. The sweet potato casserole was good as well. The staff was very nice and polite. They came to check on us several times. The food was ready quickly.

We were greeted with a smile. The restaurant was not very busy because we went early but I can’t imagine them not being extremely busy every night. They are just as good if not better than the Dixie Queen. I ordered my shrimp fried lightly, and they were cooked to perfection.

1 word review would be “meh” . Found it overpriced for the quality . Service was slow and we had to get up several times to get our drinks refilled. Atmosphere is bland. Went once to try it out, will not be returning.

The only good thing I can say about Washington Crab is the girls working in the front of the house are friendly and attentive.
We went in for lunch today. I tried to order fried blue crab. Guess what?!? Washington “crab” didn’t have any “crab”. So we ordered the blue crab dip with chips for an appetizer… although it’s nice that they make the chips themselves, the fact that they came out soggy and you could wring the grease out of them. (The attentive girl up front got them replaced). We each ordered a pick 3 meal. We each wanted side salads and bay fries… but they were OUT OF FRIES! So my husband picked sweet potato casserole and that was ICE COLD. My shrimp was like chewing on rubber, our scallops were on the edge of undercooked but still greasy and breading fell off, our flounder didn’t taste anything like flounder… I’d bet money it was catfish (I hate catfish), and his crab cake was greasy and so finely minced it tasted mealy.
Thank goodness my lemonade tasted like lemon and his sweet tea was sweet because that’s the best I can say for them.
I’m attaching a picture of the food left behind… and I just don’t throw food away!

Ok, first time going. Customer service was good. I wish I would’ve took pictures of the plates that cost (with soda, and a water) $50. We both got the 2 combination plate. My husband plate was decent; 1 piece of flounder, and a handful of shrimp, coleslaw, and a salad. My plate consisted of 1/2 piece of trout and a crab cake, fries, and coleslaw. My fish wasn’t even a whole piece. The taste of food was good, but 1 crab cake, and a half piece of trout for $20+?

Food was excellent! Prices reflected the quality. Wait staff was friendly enough but the place had a “dead” feel. Despite being only a few people there, the food took FOREVER and came out one dish at a time. My family was done eating and bored before my food even came out. Again, it was delicious, but an hour+ wait in a dead restaurant is insane!

First time going here. Didn’t care for having to walk in the door, order, and pay before you can be seated but if that’s easier for them I get it. Not busy because it was early. All the empty booths were dirty. I asked the server when she brought our drinks if she could please clean the table and she said yes. In a couple of minutes she brought our food after I had taken napkins and cleaned the table. After we had already started our meal, she came to clean the table.?! The food was mediocre but the service and cleanliness left alot to be desired. I probably won’t be returning.
