We picked this spot because it was close to our gate B71. We combined three small side tables so the three of us could sit against the booth cushion since we ran the USMC marathon the day before and were extremely sore. The female manager did not like this even though it was mid-morning and the restaurant was not crowded at all.

Things just got worse from here on out. The manager closed the QR code app bc we combined the tables and I was the only one who was able to order breakfast. When the second server came over again, we tried to place an order in person but the other two were then told it was too late to order breakfast.

A few moments later the manager came back over and tried to give us coffee based off of an order. We advised her we didn’t order coffee bc she closed the QR code to the additional tables, so it couldn’t be ours. She insisted several times that it was our order. Finally she walked around the restaurant trying to deliver the coffee to a couple of other wrong people until she eventually found the right person who ordered.

This restaurant is poorly run and inefficient and the female manager needs to work on improving her logistic and social skills as well as learning the table numbering/ordering system in her own restaurant properly. We were not the only one who had trouble ordering from the table QR code.

The only benefits to this place were the breakfast (2 egg, bacon, toast, hash browns) that tasted normal and there were sports on the tv’s in the background. Otherwise avoid.

This was a nice little spot, been several times and each time not very crowded but service is hard to get. Although, the waitress is very nice and even tracked down a customer who forgot his bag. Awesome and well done. She cares about the customers, that’s for sure.

The first drink I got was amazing, but the second, not so much. And I’m not sure why. It was the same drink lol maybe a fluke accident, maybe forgot an ingredient.

They have QR codes on the bar to scan for service and to pay, which is nice in a hurry, but it didn’t work with my camera. Very odd, this has never happened before. I didn’t have service for 20 mins, which is when I decided to download a special scan app that did work on the QR code to get my order.
Its nice, it’s good, but not great. Cheers

This place is not your overpriced typically airport food. Everything was so good! We both ordered the same burger, Skins Burger, and got the chicken wings to go. The burger was juicy, cooked to our liking, and had this bomb bbq sauce on it and this mouth watering pulled pork. You can upgrade your side from regular fries to onion rings for only $1 and they didn’t disappoint at all. We also split their wings after we saw the waitress bring some to another table and they were amazing. They were fresh, the skin was crunchy, but the chicken itself was tender. The service was very quick and very considerate because we only had so much time before the plane was boarding. Our server made sure we got what we needed and even brought out takeaway boxes ahead of time so we could take the leftovers home. This place was great considering it was only $50 total for the both of us to have our own entree and split an appetizer.

Great atmosphere
Waitress was rude and not accommodating at all. Breakfast was very greasy. There was puddle of oil beneath my breakfast burrito, who knows why? Breakfast platter was also poorly made. I say wait a bit and do a take out at chick fil a or five guys. Really not worth it. I was not expecting amazing breakfast at the airport but this is way below par. Paid $32 for a mediocre breakfast. Didn’t get any drinks.

It’s getting one star because the coffee wasn’t awful. I’ve had better breakfasts at a holiday inn. The sausage tasted like it was made of paper maché, my over easy eggs were overdone, and the breakfast potatoes were the cheap frozen in a bag from Walmart kind. The waitress was polite but inattentive.

Most of the wines were not available. The food was decent but would not go out of my way to come back. Pickle “chips” that come with meal were just plain dill pickles and the fries were not the best. Ordered 20oz. Draft but glass only 16oz. Over priced because in airport. Definitely NOT worth the 65 bucks spent

The ordering is still contact-less . You scan a barcode on your phone, and each barcode is specific to that table. You order on your phone, and the food is delivered to the table associated with the barcode. the food tasted well. I had a grilled chicken dinner with some coke slaw. I had a bowl of chili as an appetizer. I do recommend

We were in transit to Italy and we wanted a good hamburger and a drink. This place had both, so we stopped in. I ordered a Riesling because it was within our budget, but was told they didn’t have it. I was offered a Sauvignon Blanc, instead, and I was told that it was comparable. The hamburger we ordered came with fries and pickle chips. In NC, pickle chips are fried most of the time, so (stupid me) I was expecting a little side of fried pickle chips. Nope! I received 3 little slices of pickle. The hamburger patty had very little flavor, and I had to add ketchup to add some flavor the whole burger sandwich. The fries tasted kind of weird and came in a metal basket, which I thought was lined with some type of oil absorbing paper. Again, silly me for assuming things… Look at the nasty bottom of that metal tumbler! Yeah, I got grossed out and stopped eating the fries. The service… wait, what service? The lady kept on forgetting everything for every table in the establishment and kept on saying “Sorry” to each table. What really upset me was the price of a 9 oz pour of that “bait and switch” wine. What was supposed to be around $10 turned out to be $17.50. I would have jumped her, but we had to catch a plain…

Moral of the story: don’t go there.

Had a bowl of chili and a glass of wine this afternoon. The chili was not very interesting, though they did go through the trouble of adding a bit of cheese, sour cream, and green onions, making it visually appealing. It wasn’t bad, but I am used to West Coast chili, so this may just be a local variety considered good for the region.

The Cabernet was very nice, and service very friendly. Menu, ordering and paying using the QR code at the table was convenient and efficient.

Would definitely recommend for a quick bite or glass of wine.

This place was empty early morning flight. Stood at the front for a good 5 min. A woman working behind the bar with towels looked at me but did not acknowledge me… so another 4 min pass see a Hispanic lady in the kitchen i walk halfway in and ask her are you open she says yes and nods her head. I go back to wait to be seated than the other lady who was behind the bar comes out from the kitchen again to back behind the bar. I than speak loudly so she can here and say are you open. She responds yes… and she would be right with us… granted empty no one else there she spent the last 5 min folding towels behind the bar finaly… not being prejudice or racist but this lady is a African American woman. I want to be as specific as possible so management can address the problem…. today is Sept 23rd at 540 in the AM. This lady than shouts out go ahead and sit anywhere. She continues folding towels sitting there some time passes about 4 min and I’m like wow I’m so done if this is how the service is the food must be awful… so I start to stand up and than she comes running from around the bar… saying what can I get for you would you like a menu… I said no no thank you left went across the way and got 2 sandwiches breakfast fries and spent well over $50. We sat in the hall area there and watched the same thing happen to 5 other customers… 4 they just left standing there for some time till they gave up and walked away 1.had went to the table than got up to walk away because the server “African woman never acknowledged her yet again she was working behind the bar and clearly seen all the guest waiting to be seated…… folks this is a airport restaurant …. people need prompt and fast good customer service. If I was the manager or owner you need to come see what your opening employees.are costing you in revenue being so rude… don’t waist your time or money here!!!! That’s my review
