Great experience. I went with two friends who love this place. They are huge sushi lovers as seen in the sushi boat picture. I am not, so I ordered teriyaki chicken. It was delicious!! It came on a hot place like fajitas which was perfect to keep the chicken hot. I also had the plum wine which was also delicious. The restaurant is in the Market in the Square area. Afterwards, we walked around visiting the vendors.

I’m a regular customer at this place, and the owner personally oversees almost every dish in the production process. Every time I place an order, I can be sure that the taste will be just as amazing as always. What impresses me the most is that the owner remembers every customer’s order, which makes the experience even more special.
As for the quality of the food, this restaurant stands out significantly. The sushi, especially the sashimi, is absolutely top-notch. The fish slices are thick and generous—something I’ve never encountered at any other sushi place. I eat sushi very frequently, but I’ve never found a restaurant that serves such thick cuts of fish.

Service is good. The gyoza are huge and deep fried. Like eating a meatball. I really wish they would do a deep clean of the walls and floors. There’s a general dinginess about the place that cheapens it. The spring roll was delicious. The miso soup is a little salty.

We ordered the Dang Bang Shrimp to start, the shrimp were large in size, came out hot, and were absolutely delicious. We order 4 sushi rolls (the Sumo, the Volcano, spicy California, and the broccoli roll) as shown in the pictures. I would never go back and not order the Sumo Roll and the Broccoli roll, they are out of this world! Our server gave great recommendations, knew the whole menu, and was extremely nice! We will definitely be returning soon and can’t recommend Wasabi’s enough!

Such a shame the place is pretty and and the servers were so kind but the owner/manager was so rude to her staff and talks to them disrespectfully, on top of that I saw her using her hands after touching hair to cut the salad. Even found brown and silver in my food. I will not being back until the manager acts with class and treats the food with care! White lady running a sushi shop what a joke.

Have not been here in almost two years so I decided to come back because I was downtown and wanted something close. I remember now why I LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean. They were very busy for a Wednesday night but our food came out fast and it was delicious! Loved the cold Tofu appetizer, and all the sushi and sashimi was very fresh. And the Sumo Roll was to die for! Great place great food! ❤️

Just passing through town. It’s been a super stressful week, and Sushi was all I wanted for dinner. I found Wasabi’s on Google, and the reviews were good, so I decided to give it a try. My server was soooo kind and friendly! I told her I was too tired to think and could I please tell her what I like and don’t like and they just bring me something? The chef made this delicious plate with all my requests. It was fresh and flavorful and exactly what I wanted. It’s not an exaggeration to say this is more food I’ve eaten in one meal than an entire day in the last week. This place was nourishing to my body and soul. Thank you so much!
