I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m always warmly greeted by the owner. The sushi and hibachi are both fantastic. My favorite roll is the Indy Roll! During busy times, it can be a bit loud on the hibachi side due to the banging and clanging performance, but the sushi side is great for couples who want to enjoy conversation. You can order hibachi in the sushi section to avoid the noise.

Positives-the hibachi chef was charming and went out of his way to engage the kids and my teenage daughter. That really adds a lot to the experience. I’ve been to a lot of hibachi places throughout the country, however, so I had a bar in my head. The food was average and I really didn’t like the sauce that is used in everything. The air had a smell of old grease that somehow impacted my sense of taste. I get it that all the food places are low on staff right now and I try to give grace. Nonetheless we didn’t get our sushi appetizers until almost the end of our hibachi experience. I also wish they would up their wine game – the selection was ok but far from great. For Greenfield, IN it is a decent place where you would likely have a fun time with family and friends.

We just went last night for Sushi. This is the first time we’ve went for just sushi… and OMG!!! We LOVED everything we tried. We got to watch the man make them, everything was fresh and delicious! The chef loves to experiment w new flavors and combos. We had such a good time!! We got 4 different rolls, the King Kong, Super White Tuna Crunch, the Crazy One, Hidden Dragon, Sweet Potato roll. We also got a sashimi mix platter.
My husband got sake and I got wine.
We recommend this place 100%!! Just remember to bring cash to tip the sushi chef!! He isn’t tipped through your check!! And he’s worth every penny!!

This was by far the best hibachi experience I’ve ever had!! The cook was so funny and attentive. I got the filet and shrimp, as did my husband. My son and his gf got chicken and shrimp.
It came with the best fried rice ever (which didn’t aggravate my husband’s food sensitivity to certain preservatives), salad, soup.
We got 2 glasses of wine and a sushi roll as appetizer. My husband and I got the Out of Control roll…YUM…
and the kids got the rainbow roll.
We will definitely be going back!

Friendly staff and the food was decent. The steak could’ve been cut up smaller but still flavorful. The chicken and shrimp were great! The lobster was “fishy” not sure how to fix that. I ordered the Philadelphia roll too. Definitely coming back for sushi!

The food is amazing, I’ve been coming to this restaurant since 2023! I will say the customer service never failed me but recently I gone for a pick up order and was completely ignored. The lady up front has always been lovely but I noticed this time she ignore me to then help a regular customer who was waiting behind me. I didn’t appreciate how I was ignore, not even a hi or hello she just went straight to the customer behind me. Even he was a bit confused. It didn’t made me feel welcomed if not I was a bit distraught over the service I’ve recently received. I wish for a better experience next time, it’s really one of my favorite spot but I just didn’t feel like I was wanted as a customer.

Food is average. Service was terrible. The older lady that works the host stand got angry with me for telling her that we didn’t receive our salads. She tried to argue with me for a while. This place seems really dirty and the ladies room reeks of sewer gas. I would recommend making the drive to Fujiyama’s.

Meant to post this sooner but forgot. Last week my gf and I went here for the first time. There was plenty of parking. When we got it it took a few minutes to be seated as we weren’t greeted by anyone at first. Then the main thing that bugged me about the experience was the lady said we had to choose between hibachi or sushi and could order sushi if we sat at hibachi. Other places like kabutos for example allows you to order outside the hibachi experience. So we went with hibachi and the the person that made the food was absolutely entertaining. We really enjoyed the experience he put on while cokk8ng the food. Food was great, but prices prolly need a little adjustment. Overall good experience and do recommend it to others!
