My food has been terrible almost every time ive gone. Service is almost always poor. Today i watched the manager Lisa tell a women to leave all because she had another restaurants food. we are under a heat advisory till the 24th and can barley stand outside with it affecting people. Lisa, is this really how you want to treat your customers. i can say customers cause ive watched this women purchase food almost every day. Ive also seen Lisa be very rude to her employees. She shouldnt even be a manager if her attitude is worse then the employees being underpaid. Terrible terrible service. Ive also watched her give customers dirty looks. Wish it wasn’t just all for the money with her. Wish she cared about the customers like the other Managers.

Drive thru is a mess, got the initial greeting then nothing, went inside, 2 employees are throwing what I can only guess is a used rag at each other in the middle of the dining room, the staff is rude and blame customers for their mistakes loudly so that the dining room can hear. They missed an item in my order and I got a rude look and attitude. Top 3 worst experiences I have ever had and will not be back. So sad I really used to like this place.

They ask you to pull up to wait for your order even when there are no other customers behind you in the drive through. I was once asked to pull up to wait for a drink order. I think they just reflexively ask, whether you really need to or not. It’s infuriating.

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was so burnt it was rock solid and completely black. ALL of the toppings where all over the side of the container and box and the fries were cold and soggy. They couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone when I tried to call about it either. Take yourself to Hardee’s if you want good food for practically the same prices.
