Used the app, ordered curbside, sat in my car for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to bring it out. I eventually get up and go in to see what’s going on, and see my order sitting on the counter. I check the tag and see its been sitting there for 20 minutes. Apparently in all that time, nobody noticed the car that’s been sitting in the curbside spot for so long, nor the bag of food that’s been on the counter for the same amount of time. Worth noting that I specifically come after the lunch rush to avoid busy periods and get out quicker, so being busy isn’t a factor.
The food’s whatever. It’s McDonald’s. More lukewarm than usual. Fries were cold, ice was melted, almost like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes.

Nobody was at the register, so I tried getting the attention of an employee walking by. I say I’ve been waiting in my car for 15 minutes, they just say Okay and walk away. Honestly, nothing against that employee, they’ve got their own job to do at that moment, I get it. But nobody at all noticed what was wrong, and there was nobody to speak to, seriously infuriating.

Always a good experience, this time. I ordered a Big Mac knowing that the Big Macs from McDonald’s anywhere have gone downhill, but I was hungry for one, this one was actually extremely fresh and tasted better than they have in a long time. Got through the drive-thru line very quickly and the staff was very positive!

I ordered on the app 3 regular chicken ranch wraps. I got back to where I’m staying and started to eat one and immediately had heat to my mouth. The one I bit into was a “spicy” chicken wrap. I did not order one of those at all because I HATE that much spice. When I tried to call it kept going to Verizon’s automatic notice of them not receiving calls. SERIOUSLY??? Not to mention the staff never greeted me or have any kind of a salutation.

Very rude at the drive thru, I was asked to wait (no problem, I understand being busy), but after watching 2 cars go thru the other lane, I said hello and was asked to wait again. I said I have already been asked to wait and 2 cars have gone thru the other lane. They replied I had to wait or move to the other lane. I just left and do not plan on ever going back.
