It’s so delicious! As soon as I ate, I was saying “Yummy!”
I eat many Japanese restaurants and very picky but everything was perfect!
Service was very nice with smiles!
This place is well worth driving long distance and I highly recommend to everyone!
First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.
I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious – packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.
As for the price, it’s a food hall, so let’s be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community – it was worth it and I’ll be back.
Highly recommend!
The sushi was really fresh. The owner said he is still trying different suppliers and brands, and it keeps getting better and better. This salmon had a buttery taste to it, and the tuna was really fresh. I enjoyed both. You can see how fresh they are in the picture.
I read the reviews on this place, and I saw that someone said he didn’t think they had corn in Japan. What? Corn is a normal ingredient in tonkotsu ramen. It is in every ramen shop I have ever visited. He also said that the instant ramen that they had at Costco was cheaper? Of course it is! This isn’t instant food. This is real food! This guy shouldn’t be reviewing ramen shops if the only ramen he’s ever eaten came out of a packet.
