The best sushi in MTK and even NYC. The fish is always fresh and some of it caught in MTK and there are so many vegetarian and vegan options for sushi and other dishes. The protein option for the salad can also be made vegetarian – tofu vs chicken. Lovely staff. Some tables inside and tables in their cute backyard. Very peaceful environment. They have sake and Japanese beer and unique seltzers like lychee and yuzu. Also some snacks. Don’t be in a rush they make everything fresh so takes a min but worth the wait

Amazing sushi with unique vegan options. The menu was unlike anything we’ve ever seen. It rivals our favorite sushi spot back home and we strongly encourage folks to eat here. The atmosphere is incredible. Do you feel like you just walked into a classic Japanese sushi spot. We stayed to eat and have conversation for about 2 hours. Who needs a fancy restaurant when you have great food and great atmosphere.

We ordered Dani roll and Dragon roll. Both were yummy. Wish it was less expansive so we can get more varieties. Not crowded. We were there around 2pm on Saturday. Would recommend giving this place a try. Also tea are complimentary.

I ordered the rainbow roll and added mango & crunch, it was excellent. The pricing was surprisingly affordable and they accept Apple Pay! We enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Friendly service. fabulous fresh poke bowl, a combination of tuna, yellowtail and salmon. The fish was like butter, I had to resist licking my plate. It’s far away from my life in Sun Valley Idaho but I’ll be back!

Hands down, the best sushi I’ve ever had. I also really liked that the staff are Japanese it made the whole experience feel super authentic. The service was fast, and everything was super fresh ,the fish and ingredients were top quality. Can’t wait to go back

Wasabi Beach is such a gem! Everything is fresh, organic, and full of flavor. The poke bowl is the best I’ve ever had, and the Asian chicken salad is amazing. Perfect for a quick beach grab-and-go.
