I found a taste surprise in a little place called Wasabi. It’s got sushi, bento boxes, and hibachi entrees and they’re packed with delicious. I had spring rolls, a house salad and something called Sushi Burrito B. The spring rolls were light and crisp and delicate, served with a sweet sauce. The house salad had avocado and shrimp and crab and a very delicious dressing. The Sushi Burrito B was interesting: greens, cucumber, avocado and salmon wrapped in nori. The taste was wonderfully surprising. Everything was very fresh, the portions were generous, and the platings we saw were artfully displayed. The flavors were an explosion to the palate.

Wasabi is easily the best Japanese style restaurant in Elizabethtown. It’s always clean, friendly and the food is great. They do what it takes to make your meal enjoyable. We’ve eaten in Japanese restaurant all over the country, this is on par with the best.

Small place in E town specializing in Sushi. The presentation was excellent. The sushi was good too. They have both raw and cooked sushi. Basic sushi: $5.99 (def priced right for the size and quantity) and their specialty sushi approx $11.99. You can make any sushi deep fried for $1.00 extra. It’s a very small place so I would not recommend large groups.

Wonderful lunch and exceeded expectations. Great spot for a quick lunch or dinner with parties of four or less (however there is one table that could sit 6-8). We ordered sushi, salad, and orange chicken, all were delicious and genuinely tasteful. One member of our party characterized the house salad as “bomb af”.

Decided to try this randomly one day and so glad we did. From the atmosphere to the food, the employees all was a great experience. The ginger Salad and Miso soup were so good (no one likes bad ginger dressing it messes up the whole experience) the crab salad was also really good and the Gyoza was crispy and just right. The chicken in the Bento box was perfectly juicy and flavorful, the rice was different then other places which was awesome because it was really good. The Sushi was the real winner though, everything was so fresh and delicious. 100% recommend trying this place out.

So delicious! Awesome sushi selection as well as hibachi items, bento boxes and Chinese food. Something to satisfy most of your possible Asian food cravings at really good prices. Only thing I am not a fan of is they only sell soft drinks in a can and with the generous portions of food, one can is really not enough

First time eating here and we will for sure be back. Small place, but absolutely great to eat at compared to the big places. The service was amazing. The servers are extremely helpful if you have any questions. We ordered gyoza, sushi, and hibachi entrees. My goodness. The tuna hibachi meal was absolutely perfectly rare on the inside and cooked to perfection. Not overcooked. Cooked just right! Delicious chicken and shrimp hibachi too! The wonton soup was also very good. We can’t wait to get more from here. The only thing I wish is they had unsweet tea. The canned drinks were a good selection and they are only $1.00 a can but my husband is diabetic and wished they had his unsweet tea he gets normally everywhere.
