Appetizers: The ceviche octopus was a bit too sour, not as good as caye caulker. The Thai curry shrimp is highly recommended; it really tastes like the real thing in Thailand, authentic but not spicy, with a creamy flavor. The stewed chicken was cheap but just average. I ordered a whole fish, but they were out of stock today, only fish fillets were available. This is a small restaurant, not very fancy, but the prices and portion sizes are excellent. One thing I found strange was that their beer was quite expensive. Everywhere else we went, we ordered the local beer, and the same brand varied in price from 5, 6, to 7 yuan. We chose to visit this restaurant again on our last night12/22/2025. In the evening, they were making pupusas fresh on-site at the front gate, and we tried a chicken one – it was hot and delicious. From the menu on the wall, we chose lobster and a whole fish. I actually like sour fish dishes, but the one I tried last time was too sour for my taste – extremely sour. We saved the best for last with this restaurant, and I highly recommend it. The ingredients are fresh, the food comes out quickly, and the staff are very friendly. This restaurant also offers cooking classes; if you have the time, you can participate.

We saw this place on our way to another restaurant. The smell from the pupusas literally lured us in there and we decided to have dinner there instead. The conch shell fritters and the ceviche were sooo good! The lobster tacos and the pupusas were delicious as well! The drinks were good too but I felt a little watered down than the potency I would like. If you are in San Pedro and want to check out local food definitely try this place.

I got the chicken burrito and it was sssssoooo good!! You can tell the tortillas are home made, and the flavor was extraordinary. The waiter was also super friendly. I will be back!

We’ve been here twice and we were happy and well fed both times. The pupusas are fabulous. All homemade at the front of the restaurant so don’t expect speedy delivery if they are busy. Definitely worth the wait. Also had a quesadilla and ceviche that were very good too.

We came in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Had “wacamole” and three pupusas each: spinach, pumpkin, and a black been one. They were made fresh and delicious and served with a tangy red cabbage curtido and spicy habanero salsa. Just ask for no cheese. Def recommend

This place may be the sleeper hit of our 2+weeks here. It was on my list but we didn’t get to it until last day. The place is not fancy but the food is really tasty. I had 3 papusas which were made fresh by the ladies out in front of the restaurant. My spouse had the famous lobster burrito. The size of the lobster, for the price, was clearly outstanding.
