1st time visiting. I had Crawfish Queso Dip as Appetizer, which was great. Redfish Louisianne was my Entree with two Michelob Ultras. Food was great. Service was great. Well deserved 5 star

Warehouse No 1 is beautifully set on the Ouchita River – if the weather is nice sit outside. Inside is more of the old school dining feel. They had a piano player inside who played very well, we could hear him from the patio. Our server was nice and professional. They brought complimentary jalapeño hushpuppies which were very tasty – hot and crispy. They have a decent size drink menu from beer to whiskey. I had the Louisiana Redfish with jalapeño cheese grits. The Redfish was cooked perfectly and the grits were very good. However, $45 was overpriced. It did come with an option of different salads. I chose the blue cheese wedge that had super hard bacon bits and tomatoes. I had a similar meal a few nights ago at a different restaurant and it was $28 (and was actually better). The man had the special veal shank which was served as a stew and it was a very good homey meal – again a bit overpriced compared to other local spots. I really enjoyed the duck wrap appetizer we had. It came on a corn fritter of sorts. The duck had jalapeño and cream cheese and bacon. I would definitely order this again (the duck was a bit chewy – flavor was excellent). The additional markup on the food we will chalk up to a good piano guy and a wonderful sunset. The avg price of apps are about $17. Meals are about $30 on up. There were several large families and parties so this is definitely a spot in town that can accommodate a special occasion. Our waiter was warm and friendly and made sure our drinks were full. Overall for a special occasion this would be a good spot. I appreciated the hospitality. There is plenty of parking outside.

On a work trip and came here for lunch. We got the Cajun catfish which was delicious and the jalapeño cheese grits weren’t spicy at all. We also got the seafood queso (which was a special that day) and it was phenomenal. Our waitress Taylor was extremely nice and helped answer all the questions we had. The atmosphere gives a historic vibe but being on the water you may not think otherwise. Overall a fantastic restaurant with great food and great people and we will be back next time we are in town.

First time at Warhouse! It was the best experience, just by approaching the building you can smell the good food from outside. It was packed but I love people and food is a good combo when everyone is happy. We got seated outside on the patio where we got to experience the awesome view! He ordered char-grilled ribeye and i got the catfish Sierra. Erm ya! Everything so good so yum! 10 out of 10 would go again! Oh and you can see the prices if you look up the menu! Also! Make sure you dress appropriate! It’s such a fancy place 🙂

My wife and I went here on a date night and the staff were so friendly! We felt like family. Had a live pianist playing and the vibe was just right. We told them we were sharing a main course and they came out with the dish already portioned out on two plates! Drinks were very good as well they had all kinds of choices.

This place is DELICIOUS! Had a hard time deciding on what to order because everything sounded so good, but my waiter gave great recommendations and they did not disappoint! Definitely try the redfish with jalapeño grits…I don’t even eat grits, but these were exceptional! Drinks are really tasty and service was great. Definitely check this place out if you’re visiting Monroe.
Oh, and the hushpuppies are way too good to eat just one.

We had a fantastic dinner. I think every employee in the building welcomed us, and we had excellent service throughout. The patio was very nice, even with it raining since it can be enclosed. Would definitely recommend the duck wraps app and the redfish Louisianne

This is a truly charming spot with a warm, country-inspired atmosphere. The restaurant offers valet parking, a nice touch that adds to the overall experience.
During our visit, there was live piano music, which created a relaxed and elegant backdrop for the meal.
The setting is casual and welcoming, but it still carries a refined feel—so showing up in cargo shorts and flip-flops may leave you feeling a bit underdressed.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a comfortable yet classy dining experience, perfect for a night out or a special occasion.

I dined in the covered porch area of the restaurant overlooking the Ouachita River. My waitress was gracious and friendly. She checked on me frequently, informed me about the wait time of my meal, and, recommended the daily special. The hushpuppies were well seasoned, the mashed potatoes were buttery, the fried fish was crispy, the salad tasted fresh and the lemonade was sweetened just right. I did not order dessert because I was too full to eat it. I enjoyed the meal & service.
