I stopped into Warehouse 4 in Beavercreek and I’m convinced they’re storing breakfast secrets in that kitchen.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and added avocado — and let me tell you… that egg was the creamiest, silkiest egg I have ever had on a sandwich. I don’t know what kind of magic is happening back there, but it was next-level. I need the recipe immediately.
I also asked for a surprise drink and was given what I believe was a maple vanilla iced latte. It was perfectly balanced — just sweet enough without being over-the-top sugary (which I appreciate). I personally would have loved a slightly stronger maple vanilla flavor, but it was still delicious and very well made.
The staff? Absolutely phenomenal. The three people I interacted with were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. That kind of service makes you want to come back — and I definitely will.
Highly recommend. Go for the biscuit. Stay for the vibes.

I absolutely LOVE Warehouse 4.
Didn’t even know about them until the Beavercreek location opened, which is conveniently located close to my house.
I’ve been going there very often (maybe a little too often?? lol)
All the food I’ve tried so far is Good!
I love to get the Matcha latte which is Amazing!
What really stood out to me was that when I recently lost my dog of 15 years, my husband took me to Warehouse 4 for some comfort food and when he told Kaitlyn why we were there, she was so kind to go back in and get us some extra cookies and a banana loaf (one of my favorite items from there!) such a kind gesture!!
I already loved this place. But that was just the cherry on top! ♥️

I used to go to the Kettering location frequently when I was in school. This is pretty new. Hit the gym up and went for breakfast before grocery shopping (IYKYK). No line. But, I could barely hear the person at the register due to the noise level from the kitchen and music combined (I don’t have hearing problems). Not sure how I feel about the eggs; are these made fresh or ? I got the romanesco? sandwich without pesco mayo. It was different! I didn’t know if I would like it at first bite, but it’s just because the sauce is different than my usual pallete. I ended up enjoying it! The coffee was alright. Not bad not great, but acceptable for what it is.

Nice new local coffee shop! Good place for coffee, pastries and quick bites. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and plenty of seating at 9am on a Monday.
I would recommend they add some sound deadening panels over in the main seating area as it can be a bit loud and echoing over there. But otherwise this seems like a great place to go!

I am a regular at this here establishment, and when I tell you it’s good bucko, you’d better believe me. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, but also really nice people. The drinks are top notch, as well as the sweets. They have a lot of GF options for sweets which is nice.

We’ve been here three times in the last four weeks. Very disappointed with customer service. Staff is nice. But all three times, we’ve ordered drip coffee and bagels with cream cheese. All three times we waited over 20 minutes and watched as people who came in after us received their drinks and then had to go back up and ask for our drip coffees. There is never half and half out so then you have to wait for someone to stop long enough to give you some. We always wait close to a half hour for our bagels. Very disappointed. We go to My Favorite Muffin and get our bagels in under five minutes and our coffee immediately. Not worth a fourth trip for us. The other thing that bothered us is that they offer breakfast sandwiches but dont offer ketchup. Maybe it’s just our family but we always put ketchup on breakfast sandwiches. The other issue we encountered is that there are never enough tables to sit at. When you have two kids with you that are eating, that’s pretty important. Overall, not great experiences for us.

We just came for the first time is close to my house. It is amazing my biscuit sandwich was delicious. My husband Italian sandwich was good also. Will come again to try other foods.

This was our first time visiting this franchise. Loved the atmosphere, little hard to hear when coffee got called out, but we just kept checking anyway.
The biscuits were amazing! The biscuits with jam & ricotta–delicious! (As well as the breakfast sandwich).
The brownie was just okay and the PB cookie was good. The caramel cappuccino was amazing, as well as the drip coffee. However, the vanilla latte’s–they tasted like weed.
As far as service goes, the girl that was up front had a horrible attitude. When we went up to ask what coffee was there, she had a snotty reply. She could’ve been having a bad morning, I get it, but for our 1st experience there, this was a disappointment. The people sitting by us said the same thing.
Other than that, the environment, the breakfast sandwiches and coffee were really good (minus the latte’s).

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The coffee shop size is much better than the Kettering location, especially for waiting in lines. Not quite as spacious as their Vandalia location though. Overall highly rated, and a super friendly staff! We’ve been going to WH4 for over a decade, no complaints, this location is fantastic.
