The food was pretty good but there was an altercation between workers that made it feel a little uncomfortable. This was my first time going through after traveling from Navarre, Fl. so don’t want to judge a restaurant based on one experience. I’d recommend everyone give it a try because after all the food wasn’t bad.

Usually not bad service but I can’t say the same for today. If you don’t mind being ignored and left there to wait for almost 8 minutes then I guess it’s OK. And to top that off. I was the only person in line. Customer Service slacking a little bit today. But on a good note, I went to McDonald’s on courthouse Road and the same thing happened there today. Hard to find good service.!

Used to love coming here. Unfortunately the workers are just lazy. Came here at 7:20 for a rootbeer float and the worker proceeded to tell me “We are about to close so the ice cream machine is clean. I can get can you a rootbeer though” mind you they close at 8 PM.

The breakfast is good. But every single time I go there I asked for a large root beer with light ice. I always end up with this kid cup filled with ice. With this doughy biscuit I need more than that to rinse it down. Stop being stingy with that drink when y’all make 20 million profit a year off that water mix.

Just left Wards on pass rd in Gulfport. Orders 1 item a sausage biscuit with cheese mixed with the egg. I asked repeatedly to cook the egg and cheese together. Got to the window. The owner or at least a guy who said he was the owner gave me my food. I checked the bag and biscuit and once again the cheese is on top of the egg. I asked him could the remake. He said I can’t touch the food. I said well the store in Long Beach gets it right every time. He said. Go back to Long Beach then. Wow. So of course I got a refund and left. He’s wondering why he’s working in his own store because he can’t keep help. Well he’s setting a horrible example of customer service in front of other employees. And wondering why he’s loosing sale. I would not recommend anybody to go there. If the wonder acts that way how do u think he’s treating employees. To the red shirt wearing guy. Your not a owner? Your a bad example for your employees and you give the south a bad name.Thus place and the owner is a joke.

If I could give a zero I would… Wasted money on food that didn’t eat.. meat for the quarter burger was cold like it had been sitting out. The meat for the little one was burnt. Or more like cooked about 10 times… edges as hard as a rock…. worse food ever.. staff member standing in kitchen area talking it up.. the girl that took our order didn’t know how to use the credit card machine. Nor count change back. The place was gross… no tables wiped off, trash all over floor, and fountain area had trash and soda everywhere.. never again will I go back.. I will stick to Wards in Long Beach.

It is not an old-fashioned hamburger it is not as good as fast food hamburgers. I was expecting homemade hanging rings. Nope! weird incident with the manager screaming at a guy to get out kind of felt it was a dangerous restaurant to be sitting in. there was nothing about this place so it ever bring me back.
