What a hidden gem. We found this place on a Google search for surrounding food options on a quick overnight trip to Newton. I will make my trips come through the area just for another visit. Service was great, interesting drinks. Food was fast (we were there before evening rush). The burgers were delicious. Get the fried pickles! Prices were good we did get cocktails.

What a great neighborhood gastro pub! I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was here for such an unassuming bar & restaurant! We wanted a casual place to take our kids to dinner, and I am already looking forward to coming back with friends. The chicken wings with the bbq bourbon sauce was tasty and not too sweet. My daughter said it was the best burger she’s had in a while. I had a delicious Cajun spiced shrimp dish with jasmine rice that was cooked perfectly. The sides of Brussels and hummus board were also quite good! Not to mention my spicy margaritas were delicious!! Will check out a Thurs night when they have live music.

After 4 hours of driving, my daughter found this place on Google maps near our hotel. It was later in the evening and luckily the kitchen was still open. Great atmosphere, clean and very inviting. We had honey bbq wings and a small individual order of nachos for appetizers. Burgers were all perfectly cooked and chicken sandwiches both the fried and grilled were delicious. Everyone loved the French fries.

Wow is all I have to say I am in love with these truffle fries the summer berry salad add salmon! The build your own sandwhich fried chicken bacon aoloi is to die for! And Buffalo chicken in bone are sooo good and just have just the right kick to it! Washed it down with the Tiger Roar with just the right amount of relax to set off a Tuesday!!! I AM HAPPY and Full and didn’t burn a huge hole in the wallet!!! Staff is extremely friendly kimd and knowledgeable on product.

A M A Z I N G food! The birria taco was on point, shrimp taco was perfectly seasoned and the buffalo -hot wings were the winner for me, if you don’t like REALLY spicy food you have the option to go mild or medium on the wings. Service was great, parking space was easy, affordable prices…. I’m coming back. And if you’re in the area don’t doubt and stop by.

5-star tavern experience. Ward 4 is a hidden gem tucked away in Newton. Try the Brussel sprouts with pickled apples. With apps, drinks, and entrees, the price point was perfect. It didn’t break the bank like dining in Boston.
