$18.68 for a footlong combo is crazy. The flies should’ve been the first red flag, the second would’ve been the fact I told the kid I wanted a 6″. And they still wanted 11 cents more for a bag. F Subway employees. Second time they steal from me.

Constantly out of several items when trying to order, staff is friendly but often you have to wait 5-15 minutes for someone to come to the counter and start your order and make your food. Cashiers are sometimes rude and disrespectful and take their time cashing you out. This establishment could improve on multiple aspects.

Female cashier was rude and appeared upset that we were ordering a sandwich. We were told they didn’t have napkins. This store is located inside a TA truck stop. Due to my job, we stop here often. The above situation happens more often than not at this location.

Subway sandwiches were good. Had 3 of us order together. The manager was at register, this tool for being a manager, did not know how to ring up order with a gift card and cash. Would not ask for help. Tables were dirty. Bathroom was disgusting, parking lot is a disgrace, dirty and huge holes.

The first guy who helped us was really nice but the second guy just looked at us and kept asking what we wanted and had to repeat more than 2 times what we wanted. I wish the first guy was making our sandwich but he had to take over the customer before us because the 2nd guy was lost and taking his time. So the 2md guy ended up making our sandwich. Plus when I paid my items the cashier was rude and asked if I needed a receipt I said yes and she just hit print and turned away and talked to her co-workers. Didn’t offer to put my drinks and sandwich in a bag or even asked if I needed a bag. Loves gas stations I love visiting except this one I won’t visit again.
