The food here was amazing. I could tell the ingredients were of quality. The plating of the food was nice and I really like how they had different menu options, particularly their bento plates where you could get a variety of. I loved the atmosphere, The decorations and the music were both very pleasant. We did have to wait a half hour for a table, however I feel like that’s not that bad considering this is in Frankenmuth and we were there on a Saturday night. We were able to sit at the bar and get drinks while we waited. The wait staff was very pleasant and helpful.

First time here. I just the Honey Roll, egg rolls and crab ragoon. My friend got the Honey Roll, Philadelphia Roll and egg rolls. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I had the Blue Hawaiian drink and it was very satisfying with a hint of pineapple flavor that I enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommend this place for some really good Sushi.

I was able to customize my order to have my dishes more traditional Cantonese style instead of Americanized Chinese food.
Stephanie was a gem of a server. She took a photo of my preferred order in Chinese characters and showed it to the chef to place my order.
If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely visit.

How did i just find out about this little gem in frankenmuth? Most restaurants are closed the beginning of the week during the slow season. Luckily, Wangs was open and we decided to try it. Don’t be fooled by the strip mall look from the outside. Inside its decorated beautifully! And the fooooood! All the options to choose from and everything we’ve tried has been spectacular! This restaurant blows all the other Frankenmuth restaurants out of the water!

I went here today 02/24/2026, to have lunch with some friends. It was my first time there. I’ll definitely go back. That was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I had orange chicken, fried rice, and spring rolls. Everything was top notch. My friends and I tried each others food. I tried sesame chicken, and crab ragoon. Both DELICIOUS. I know I’m going to be having cravings for this restaurant. I’ll be taking trips to Frankenmuth to go there. 10/10

Overall great food for a great price. My wife and I were apart if a party if 10. We called ~1hour ahead at 630 on a Wednesday night and we sat immediately. The waitress was great and answered all our question I gave service a 3/5 because we were waiting for ~10minutes for some 4 individuals to receive their food. The food is great though and we will be back.

Delicious food. Nice ambiance with a fun and romantic atmosphere. The coconut shrimp was full of flavor. We ordered 4 different sushi rolls, which was brought out in a boat. We had the Ricky roll, rock & roll, eel and avocado and the spider roll. The eel roll was a little fishy, but good, different. The Ricky roll and rock & roll was filled and deep fried. The spider roll had soft shell crab, yummy! Crab Rangoon was creamy and crunchy and delicious. Service was a little slow but our server was nice. Prices are a little on the higher side, but worth it.

Wang’s Bistro is our local go-to for Sushi, Chinese and Thai food. We love the walk, enjoy the cozy atmosphere and greatly appreciate Jenna and the wait staff. We have food sensitivities and they are very compassionate and accommodating. The food is excellent, especially the Sushi. If you wander in, try a special. They don’t disappoint.
