this has been the best edition to the freeport downtown area.
The owners are absolutely lovely, the employees are also so friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond.
The food and beverages are always super fresh, healthy, and I leave feeling full.
It is one of the most warm and welcoming spaces in the area. I often spend my lunch breaks at the shop, or even here on my days off.
The additional last year of the customer made art gallery wall when you walk in has been one of my favorite things. I love seeing all the different doodles people create.

Found this absolute gem in Freeport thanks to its current and WELL-deserved 4.9 rating. There were so many appetizing things on the menu, we had to go a little overboard with ordering, and we’re so glad we did! Everything was just phenomenal. The Blueberry Ricotta Pistachio Toast is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Staff was extremely friendly with smiles all around, and the overall vibe of the place was just perfect! Made me wish we had something even remotely similar near us, but we will definitely find a reason to go back!

Wanderlust is such a delicious spot to stop and grab food and all kinds of beverages. We visit everytime we are in town and have tried most of the menu. The bagels and waffles are delicious and can be made vegan. The juices are super tasty and the coffee is divine. The people are just as good as the food. It was a warm and cozy stop on this snowy morning also. ❤️

So cute from the outside and great location! We love Jordan and Lisandra who are always so friendly and have great recommendations when feeling indecisive. Perfect spot for a meal or a little snack/drink. We enjoyed the Eagle Island sandwich, which was SO good! Those bagels are 10/10. We love periwinkle pie co’s hand pies and always love getting new flavors. They are perfect to throw into the freezer and have for dinner when you don’t feel like cooking.

First off I knew this type of place wasn’t for my husband but he willingly went with me back I wanted to try one of the bowls. My bowl was delicious but everything else…. Not so much I love an iced coffee but couldn’t even drink it. My husband got an egg sandwich on sourdough (he’s not a bagel guy) and not sure it was even an egg… the worst part of the experience was when they gave us my husbands espresso we asked it be warm not hot hot. He took a sip and it burnt his tongue so bad… but that’s not even the issue bc coffee is hot when I asked him of it was good he said it had no flavor so I lifted the lid and it was BOILING hot water! There was no apology just ohh that’s not for you… needless to say if we go back, I’ll just be getting a bowl and that’s it.

The person taking our order was so warm and hospitable, they addressed us as “friend”, and gave a delivery driver free coffee. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is welcoming. The Wild Brad “Berry” Mountain smoothie is delicious and the perfect consistency. When I’m in Freeport next I will be going back. 11/10
