We tried the green chile chorizo tacos and the cinnamon toast Belgian waffle, and honestly? Both were to die for. You get two tacos for $13 they’re definitely stuffed, so even though the price is a bit on the higher side, they are totally worth it. The flavor was so unique and delicious; we’d order them again in a heartbeat. The waffle was a little small, but the taste made up for it. Perfect size to not feel guilty eating it all by yourself If you’re a fan of anything cinnamon-sugar, you’ll love this. We ate inside Palate Coffee and really loved the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Tucked behind Palate Coffee Bar (charming spot with great coffee) you’ll find some tasty, unique, scratch made “breakfast” tacos and burritos! The handmade tortillas use duck fat instead of the traditional lard, and they are wonderfully light and crispy.

This is an amazing spot! We got the al pastor and no carne tacos and were blown away by how good they are. So much flavor and texture packed into the perfect tortilla that holds it all together. We are excited to try more of the menu, although it will be hard not to repeat the order we had today. Friendly staff and all around great vibes!

This is an amazing place! The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful, and they explained the menu when we had questions. We opted for both of the meat tacos, though the vegetarian also looked good.
Both tacos were perfect. The chorizo is really unique, and the al pastor is the best I’ve had in a long time. The hand-made tortillas and other ingredients made for incredible tacos.
These are the kind of tacos where you walk around all day thinking “Damn, those were really good tacos!”

Incredibly delicious breakfast burrito. Their tortillas are outstanding and this has become one of my favorite breakfast spots in town. Will definitely be back again and again.

Hands down some of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. Gone back multiple times and I think they get better each time. Homemade salsas are top notch, and don’t sleep on the waffles, perfect to share with a friend!

Was really excited to try it based on all the hype but was let down. Not sure why the menu doesn’t just list individual tacos, and they’re listed in pairs, maybe to make it easier to stomach a $6.50 taco? Anyways two of them isn’t all that filling, and for a $13 breakfast (before tip) maybe they should toss in some potatoes on the side or something. Or maybe everything is just expensive now, but selling tacos for more than the already overpriced El Sancho charges is wild. Duck fat tortillas were tasty enough, as was the pastor. Just didn’t feel it was a good value.

I was hesitant to go back after my first burrito was super floppy, and quite small. That said, I received the full experience today.. big enough to be worth the price and absolutely delicious. I’d recommend not eating this burrito in your car, SUPER greasy but in the best way. They seem to be going for a vibe where you eat it outside and then wipe your greasy hands on your pants then get back to work. Love it. This would have had a picture but I couldn’t stop eating it.
I will for sure be back
