This is one of Boone’s Hidden Gems! Located inside the Boone Mall it features fresh, authentic Italian food. The menu is made from scratch and the love that goes into preparation can be tasted in every bite. The menu is reasonably priced with daily specials that will make your mouth water. Be sure to ask your server as they are very friendly and knowledgeable. i eat at a lot of Italian Restaurants and this is the best by far! If you are in town you simply have to try the creamy tomato basil soup and garlic bread they call knots. The only drawback is that they are closed on Monday but with food this good stay an extra day in Boone. It’s worth the wait!

Hey would just like to respond to all reviews. My Daughter and I bought this place on November 1st 3 years ago. In a 3 year period we have provided full and part time jobs to several students and some full time jobs to some great employees. I have explored both areas in kitchen with all the preparation of all the items that are made with love from scratch including Meatballs, 3 Cheese Lasagna, Meat Sauce, Marinara, Pizza Sauce, Parmesan Chicken, Tomato Basil Cream Soup and all Soups imaginable for daily enjoyment along with weekly and daily specials. I also manage the dining room and know that I aim to please in every way to make dining at Primo’s a wonderful experience. I am proud to be owner and Executive Chef at this great little restaurant!!!

I was in this past Sunday, and I had the meat sauce with meatballs, and my grandson was with me.
It was amazing, for the price and the meal I had was angel hair with meat sauce, my son had a kids pasta with butter, then i took home a to go meal also for my son an my mom to the motel. We got a good amount for a great price . I was very surprised. I could barely finish it. An the tomato basil was amazing. I will most deffintely be back if or when i come back into town. My server Maria was so nice, very outgoing, caring especially to my grandson. You don’t see many that go out of there way to tell you the specials, and explain most foods that are good . Just wanted to say thank you so much for the great service, the food , atmosphere an how refreshing it was to be treated like a customer with respect. Thank you once again.

We had the pleasure of dining here today- excellent food-lasagne is amazing- prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are huge- go for lunch and you will have enough left to take home for dinner! We will definitely be back- every dish that came out of the kitchen looked amazing! Great local business and much better than any chain restaurant! Please note hours on Google are wrong – they are open until 9 pm on Saturday- Garlis Knots and Eggplant stack really good!

Primos has the absolute best pizza in town! I go every week either for the 5$ pizza special or the 7$ Stromboli and calzone special!!!! So much better than Pizza Hut, papa johns, and every other chain store. Oh and I almost forgot their ceasar salad is the bomb! Thanks for being the best and helping out this broke starving college kid!

Chef Myleia is GREAT! The garlic knots, lasagna and pizzas at Primo’s are the absolute best. I’ve used Primo’s many times over for client’s catered events and they do a great job taking care of everything so I don’t have to.

Visited from Panama City and came here randomly, got 2 apps, 3 entrees (one of which was called the Godfather which is a 5lb calzone that could feed 3 by itself) and beers for under $55. The ingredients are premium and better than numerous restaurants that cost significantly more.

The Godfather Calzone, at $12.95, is probably one of the best bangs for your buck that Boone has to offer. It’s large enough to satiate two people for dinner and still have enough to enjoy lunchtime leftovers thrice over.

Customer service was generally but our server didnt like her job. Our food was sub-par. Cold pasta with a scalding sauce. And to top it off i paid a bit more than I should have, even if i had gotten good food.

The best Garlic Knotts ever. The Ceasar dressing is homemade and they also sell it. Amazing salads, and OMG! The pasta permavera is to die for. Pizza is awesome. A must go.
