I was a bit skeptical as I had never heard of The Wandering Que prior to wandering in myself. I had just come from a wax, was waiting for my ride, and wanted a place to hide from the cold. When I saw what took the place of my favorite bagel spot from back in the day and felt my stomach rumbling, I rolled my eyes and figured why not.
Opening the door felt like opening a portal to a different world-the atmosphere is incredible! Tranquil Latin guitars rang through the speakers as I was greeted with a warm hello. Out of over 20 different options of BBQ like meals, I chose the pulled bbq beef sandwich. It’d be my first non pulled pork bbq sandwich but at $24, I figured it has to be amazing. And it was.
Less than ten minutes after I ordered it was served to me at perfect temperature. The beef was tender juicy and fell apart with each bite. The pickles and onion were just enough to bring out the sweet tang of the barbecue sauce. The fries were a perfect compliment and their sweet Carolina bbq sauce was the perfect dipping sauce.
I’m so grateful for wandering my way to this perfect dining experience. Highly highly recommend!

We’ve been long-time fans of WanderingQ whether at food-truck pop ups, Teaneck Farmer’s Market or actually picking up food from the commissary in Hackensack. So thrilled with brick and mortar in Englewood. The same great flavors but now with the convenience of sit-down with great service in real BarBQ joint ambience. A phenomenal addition to what is becoming the Kosher restaurant district in Englewood. By the way, you don’t have to observe Kosher laws to enjoy the world-class brisket, pulled beef, smoked chicken and authentic fixins’. Much success!

Tried the brisket sandwich and unfortunately it just did not meet the hype the staff was giving it. According to the staff, this was the best item on the menu. I don’t know if it was a bad batch, but the brisket tasted sort of watery and had no flavor. For a nearly $30 sandwich they hardly filled up and there were zero sides to go with it. The only thing that made it decent were the sauces we mixed it with. With that being said, the staff was super nice and friendly and I hope others will have a better experience with the taste of the food.

As a longtime customer of Wandering Que, I have never been as disappointed and upset by my recent experience. I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for 5-6 people for a home delivery as I live about 3 hours south of their location. This had never been a problem until last week when my order was completely wrong. After speaking with the owner, who sounded extremely annoyed, he was going to get back to me. He never did. I spent more than the amount of food I had ordered and then scrambled to put together a last-minute Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I reached out with calls and texts several times and gave him the opportunity to right this wrong. Mistakes happen, I get that. But to ignore the situation is unfair and unacceptable! This is a shameful way for anyone to conduct business!!!

Wandering Que did not send me any vegetables for my $500 Thanksgiving package. They promised that they would call me back to resolve the issue. They never called me. I wrote them a message which they never responded to. When I called them to tell them I expected a response, they told me they could talk then, but I was unavailable. They never responded to my message as requested. It is not my job to beat down Wandering Que for a response after they made a mistake which cost me hours away from my family on Thanksgiving. Moreover, in an effort to find my vegetables, the Wandering Que driver opened at least three other peoples’ food packages, rendering all the food non-kosher. Never again. This experience was shameful and they refused to offer any refund.

Similar to another review I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving which was never delivered. On Wednesday at around 5:30 (the night before Thanksgiving) I emailed the store letting them know that the order had not been delivered and they responded that deliveries were on the road. At 8 pm when I still hadn’t received the order, I tried calling the store multiple times, and either received a busy signal or no one would pick up. I then emailed several times on Thursday and Friday to let them know, and did not receive any response. On Sunday and again on Monday I called the store and spoke to some one who assured me that the owner would call. To this point no one has called.
