So when we first got there, I noticed a napkin on the floor next to the booth had a pink liquid on it. The waitress brings us our drinks which she spilled some of it (Which is fine accidents happen) then she picks the soiled napkin up off the floor wipes the table and my glass with it. I was like oh my god. Did that really just happen? I was mortified but people say its good so I stayed. So we finally get our food. My wife ordered the 8oz sirloin “medium” When we got it it was very well done. She brought out a whole new plate and that was still well done. Everything we had was super salty. Definitely won’t be back. Pic of the second steak for reference. That is WELL done. Not medium.
Edit: the company responded. But I have no interest in going back. I should have left when the waitress wiped my table and glass with the floor napkin.

Stiff steak with hard membranes, overcooked, medium rare was medium done. Steamed Broccoli’s where disgusting, smelled like decomposing grass. Server was nice.

We were celebrating our anniversary with family. Everything was great. Great server. Courteous, prompt, on time, food was served hot, kept out glasses filled. The croissants were everything! Loved it!

Once we were seated, we were ignored. We were polite, and did not complain when we were given the worst table in the restaurant. We politely tolerated the constant traffic of staff coming and going thru the door next to our table, and the sudden windy draft each time the door opened. But then no one came to get our drink orders, let alone take our order for food. Other tables were seated after us, and were being attended to. Despite our efforts to get the attention of 3 different wait staff, they wouldn’t acknowledge us. I even used the little electronic kiosk to call for a server. We were patient, but after 25 minutes of sitting at the table being ignored, we left. And no one cared. I’m going assume that because we didn’t have a man with us, we were given the worst table in the restaurant, and were ignored. And now we will ignore Cheddar’s.…and so will our friends.

This was my first time at Cheddar’s in West Melbourne, FL. I’m from Maryland and we don’t have Cheddar’s there, so I was excited to try it. I had the shrimp alfredo with penne pasta, broccoli, and blackened shrimp—it was full of flavor! The garlic bread and salad were fresh, and the strawberry tea was delicious. Great food, friendly service. The waitress was great! I’ll definitely be back!

I have eaten here several times. The buttery sweet croissants are amazing. Tonight my husband and I are “kidless” and decided to order delivery. I have not had god luck in the past with delivery companies but we ordered directly on the site and even though the wait was about an hour the food was hot when it arrived. I got the Chicken’Alfredo pasta with broccoli and my husband got the steak and ribs. The food was actually quite good minus the chicken which tasted prepackaged. The buttery croissants were still warm and they threw in a couple extra which was a treat.
I know from previous visits the staff is always very accommodating and the entire restaurant is fully accessible they even have a half booth/ half table we usually request to accommodate a wheelchair. The decor is modern and the vibe casual. Overall this restaurant has good food and fully accessible atmosphere as well as timely HOT delivery which makes it a great place for a date night even when you don’t want to leave the house.

It was good once we got our reservations (double booked) filled. They did compliment us w/ extra croissants (delicious starter BTW). The fish tank & good company made the extra time go by fairly quickly. We’d go back but double check for large party reservations.

Everything was great, except side dishes were cold. Baked potato, corn, and broccoli casserole were tasty, but cold. It was weird to get a cold baked potato. Chicken tenders and ribs were plenty hot and oh so tasty! We will try this place again!
