I go in there and ask them if I could purchase a pre-made cake and have them write on in and keep it till tomorrow. (I give birth tomorrow). Needed to pay for in advance to have it picked up. The lady (not friendly at all) wouldn’t do it. They forever lost my business. I went to hyvee instead. Hyvee is more accommodating and customer friendly. Take your business to hyvee west!

They aren’t reliable when you order a special birthday cake 3 days in advance. They won’t get it done/they seem to lose the order. Then they tried to make me pay for another cake in full, I insisted I either get it for free or half off. Got the cake half off at least. Should have been free on them for their mistake. I originally wanted choc cake/choc buttercream.
