I always pass by this diner when I go to Shop Rite and have been meaning to check it out. My family and I (5 adults + 1 baby) came by on a Saturday at 8:30 in the morning. There were only a few other diners at the time but I’m sure it gets packed later on, as I’m sure everyone wants to sleep in on the weekends. I had the pastrami sandwich and upgraded to disco fries. It wasn’t bad overall. Of course, it’s not going to be the best pastrami sandwich, but it’ll do in a pinch. I’d probably come back and check out some other menu items. The décor in the diner was very cute and had vintage vibes, but still felt clean and comfortable.

So I ordered the French Toast Deluxe for $13.95. It states it had fresh fruit and butter. When it had arrived, no fruit, no butter. Why am I paying $13.95 for a deluxe if it is just a regular French toast? I did ask for no almonds which is the only thing they accommodated me for. But just regular dry french toast, it should have been under a kid’s menu price for $6. I love diner food. I love the butter french toast with strawberries and nice syrup so I was very disappointed when it didn’t come as what it had described. I got my refund for uber eats but anyone who is ordering here, I suggest to call them and make sure 100%, you are getting what you are paying.

I was on my lunch break for work and looked up the nearest restaurant to munch out. I saw this cute diner come up with pretty good reviews. (So I here’s my review) I ordered scrambled eggs, hash brown, Taylor ham, fresh fruit and toast. Eggs were cooked perfectly (I’m picky when it comes to how well it’s cooked) hash brown were crunchy but good crunchy not overly fried crunch. They said they only had banana and strawberries for fruit which is totally fine. Everything was delicious! I recommend and love the whole 50s vibe the diner brings!

Service is amazing, super attentative and responsive but the food quality need to be better. Its fast but food quality are of the level that anyone can make at home. One knit pick is amount of fries as a side for 3 dollar… Make it worth 3 bux, quality or quantity wise.

Overall great old school themed Diner to visit. Paul was very attentive along with the rest of the servers that continue to pour coffee as long as you’re willing to drink it . Food was delicious; came out fast and still hot when it got to the table. The pancakes were your typical homemade style pancakes that took me back to my childhood.

I’ve been searching for a brunch restaurant that serves country fried steak in NJ area. I was surprised that almost no restaurant serves that menu. When I lived in the West & South coast area in the US, country fried steak was readily available from brunch restaurants. So this restaurant is like the 1st restaurant I found that serves the country fried steak beside IHOP. I was very happy to find it. I liked the old school classic American interior, and most importantly, the country fried steak was great.

Very cool diner. 1950s retro themed. We came for breakfast and the food was incredible. We had a basic breakfast (omelette and French toast) but everything was delicious. Will definitely be coming back. Server was okay, but they were busy. But she was very nice.. The menu is very nice also – wide variety of options as well !! I recommend the locals come check it out.

Solid food! Good service and our waitress was very kind and personable. Looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu. I like that they have a lot of options even for a picky eater like myself. They’re still experiencing growing pains as they fill up staff, but still worth a return trip 🙂
